You can eat and lose weight with this low-calorie and healthy recipe.
I have come up with a recipe that is ideal for children who do not like eggs, is fun for those who are on a diet, and is also nice, easy, tasty and healthy for guests who come for breakfast on the weekend👩🏻🍳
Water glass size: 200 ml
Ingredients
1 egg
1 finger missing milk from 1 water glass
1 cup white flour or oat flour or einkorn flour (you can use any type of flour you want)
1 packet baking powder
Half a teaspoon salt (adjust to your taste)
1 water glass grated mozzarella cheese
6-8 sprigs dill or parsley
Preparation:
Put the other ingredients, except flour, in a large bowl and whisk.
Finally, add the flour and mix well.
After heating the toaster well, place it with baking paper.
Put as much as you want on it with the help of a spoon.
You can cook with the toaster open or closed.
Once both sides are cooked, the puffs are ready to serve😍
