    Pizza is a very popular flavor. However, it is a high-calorie food. Therefore, when consumed excessively, it is inevitable for us to gain weight. However, diet pizza is low in calories and very nutritious.
    📌 Extremely delicious diet pizza!!!
    This is the pizza recipe that will keep you in shape as you eat pizza!
    Water glass size: 200 ml
    Ingredients:
    2 water glass boiled beans
    2 eggs
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 dessertspoonful salt
    3 tablespoons yoghurt
    2 water glass oats
    1 packet baking powder
    Pizza sauce:
    1 dessertspoonful tomato paste
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 dessertspoonful thyme
    1 large clove garlic
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    Half a teaspoon salt (adjust your taste)
    2 tablespoons water
    For the above:
    2 water glass shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 medium size tomato
    2 medium peppers
    8-10 mushrooms
    Preparation:
    First, grind the boiled dried beans with a food processor.
    Then add all the ingredients in a large bowl in the order shown in the video.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Spread in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Bake in a preheated 200 degrees (392 F) oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce.
    After adding all the ingredients, mix well.
    Then, spread the pizza sauce well on the cooked diet dough.
    Add shredded mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and more shredded mozzarella cheese, respectively.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees (482 F) for about 30-35 minutes.
    Since the cooking characteristics of each oven are different, it is important to cook in a controlled manner.
    When the mozzarella cheese melts and the vegetables are cooked, remove the diet pizza from the oven and let it cool.
    You can cut the pizza into 8 triangular slices or cut them any way you like.
