Marco Travaglio - Conflitto di Interessi (English Subtitles)

Marco Travaglio a Servizio Pubblico con sottotitoli inglesi, spiega in modo lucidissimo uno degli "Otto Punti" del Partito Democratico, cioè, la "nuova" proposta sul conflitto di interessi. Per quanto riguarda i sottotitoli, per quelli che parlano inglese, ho fatto qualche punto per chiarire alcuni concetti e parole che non si può tradurre facilmente dall'italiano all'inglese (sia non c'è una parola equivalente in inglese che il concetto non esiste in inglese). Inoltre, non so cosa sono le "cooperative rosse", se qualcuno me lo potrebbe spiegare, lo metto nella descrizione. Grazie.
1. In Italy, the "Governo" or Government is different from the Parliament/House and the Senate, it's a bit confusing, when Travaglio refers to someone going to the Government, he means that that person is a Minister (of defense, economy, etc.), the President or the Prime Minister. This, as opposed to a Parliamentary or Senator.
2. The "Otto Punti" or Eight Points are done by Pierluigi Bersani of the Partito Democratico (Democratic Party), they are proposals for change in Italy, such as proposing a Green Economy and efforts to update the law on Conflict of Interest which is addressed in this video. 3. "Authority" is a public institution whose task it is to supervise the management of certain companies and sectors of the economy.
4. Board of Statutory Auditors, this is specific to a few countries, such as Italy and Japan. en.wikipedia.or...
5. Lastly, I'm not sure what the "Cooperative Rosse" is, I'll do some research to get a good explanation and add it to the description.
