I’m working with someone right now who is post TKA, and this will be a powerful tool to try! They are limited in the sliding surfaces, so I am eager to give it a shot! Thanks!
Do you think that cupping would help me (I'm 12 weeks past having tkr )??...I making progress, body weight squats , lunges etc...I do have that skin/tissue tightness on the outside of my surgically repaired knee
Can cupping work on tendon (Achilles) issues that are years old (i.e. the scarring and attachment have already taken place? I had a torn Achilles’ tendon that was grafted/repaired years ago, but still have restricted movement, scar tissue, and discomfort years later.
I accidently almost cut my hand off with a chop saw. Over the last 1.5 years during the PT, cupping was used a little to keep things sliding so I bought a set. They seem to work. I still have moderate scarring but I'm hoping it goes away.
ive had 14 sessions at my physical therapy and my knee is surrounded by scar tissue, so much so that I cant bend my knee, and theyve done nothing to remove it and my insurance has run out
Had a Left TKR in September 2019 it was my first recovery. Im a cyclist and wanted to get back on the bike soon. I made it in 6 weeks. I'm having a Right TKR February 22, 2021 and I'll be 69 years. Thanks for all the cool videos on your knee recovery. Did you say you had a resurfacing or a TKR?
Feels like I'm in another dimension with that bright white wall in the background. Why not leave a normal background were the viewer can connect and relate too?(gym) Must be only me, I'm sure most of your viewers love that background.
