Even with cycling the key several times. It wouldn't start. Just crank. Removed the upper filter and the bowl was empty..had to keep small filter out and prime fuel up to the secondary filter bowl..took about 10 times with key on and key off to finally get the air out of the pump. After the bowl filled half ways i put the small filter in and ran the pump a few more times.. finally got it running.. what a pain.. no bleeder valves for getting rid of the air in the system after a filter change.
Well. I changed the top one. Ok. BUT the filter on frame??? Bled it out. Wouldn’t stop coming out. And going out. It’s stripped!!! Can’t tighten all the way. Plus. Plus!!! Diesel would not stop comin out from filter side!! Taking it off I was flooded with diesel!! Had to spin back on. How does that happen ??? Is there a peacock to shut diesel off???
The diesel never stopped pouring out of the filter housing! That didn’t happen to you. I wanted to fookin light the truck on fire! How did no fuel pour out of that rail mounted housing on your truck??? WTF
Now this is a real HOW-TO! Thank you
Amazing video, straight to the point, thank you so much

After changing fuel filter, shoud i keep key ACC to recirculate fuel inside for minutes without starting?
Yes you will want to do that at least a minimum of five times.

I usually do every 10k or every other oil change.

They are the icon vehicle dynamics 5” lift springs.
