this takes me back to the mid seventies when I was first learning to be an Automotive diesel mechanic...... many an hour spent at the wire wheel cleaning every nut and bolt and part. then cutting the valves and seats. yes cleaning every part by hand was a better idea..... I always knew if a part was worn past its repair tolerances early on in the cleanup!

🙂👍☕ Nice job on your video
You always want to move all the way across the stone with the valve. It will help keep the stone true so you won't have to dress it near as much.
I have the same valve grinding machine!
I have a B&D 6305. What are the holes in the right side tip holder for?
you should take the wheel guard off when using a wire wheel on a bench grinder
rubber gloves scary dangerous, didn't chamfer the valve stem end , didn't have much oil on when cutting, just my thoughts
Use glass bead blasting cabinet to clean valves
or ez off oven cleaner and a red scotch brite.. put the valve in a drill, and hold the pad against it.
I got 2 for $100, first one is B&D vintage model, second one is a newer B&D. had no clue the stone dresser tool was needed. Need to find one.
You need a Dial Test Indictor D.T.I.
You show valve against the stone , what were your hand doing ,u didn't show how to do it
One hand hold the camera, and the other hand, he wanking off.
Can you put a 30° cut ,a 45°and a 60° on the same margin
