Love the concept of democracy but it feels a little lacking? Potentially have someone as 'president' for x time. They can then dictate where people should put their time into or the goal to be achieved before they are out. Then vote on next 'president'. This way the "To Do" could be used to point directions by these rules. Could then vote people to die if they don't follow rules. Just some thoughts on the democracy thing. Awesome stuff otherwise, will keep watching
