How long did you cook the sugar n maltose after boil? It took me almost 1 hour to get the texture ( syrup stick to spoon) N why my cake is so sticky and can’t even cut it. Do you cool it first ? I saw your video didn’t mentioned so I pour when is hot n later can’t fold to half ; it was too sticky ... can advise me what went wrong? I plan to try again as my mother loves it
المقادير : 100 غرام دقيق ارز (ارز مطحون ) 300 مل ماء دافئ --- نحرك حتى تختفي الكتل 200 غرام سكر ابيض 200 غرام من (المالتوز أو سكر الشعير) يشبة العسل 100 مل ماء دافئ --- نقلب على نار هادئة حتى يتماسك ويعلق بالملعقة ثم نضيف 10 غرام او 10 مل زيت --- بعد اضافة الزيت نصب خليط دقيق الارزونحرك دون توقف حتى يختفي اللون الابيض ويصبح الخليط مثل الفازلين ثم نضيف مقدار اخر من الزيت (10 غرام او 10 مل) 150 غرام سمسم
why do we need glutinous rice flour...........if we have maltose already???? and we have maltose to make it sweet already........why do we need sugar???

最後尾段 坦白說 太早切了 可以給他放涼一點 沒那麼黏在切 或是刀抹點粉 就會好切 好定形 也更美觀

No. It's different . Have you ever eaten or heard of sticky rice? This flour is grinded from that.

السلام عليكم عفية اكتبونة المقادير بلغة العربية ما افتهم شي واني كلش احبهة هاي الحلويات
المقادير :

煮糖浆的时间差不多一小时;加了糯米浆水后,再煮40分钟。
成果: 太硬了, 不是小时候吃到的那种软糖口感。
