Ingredients :
250g black sesame seeds，toasted （黑芝麻，炒香）
50g white sesame seeds , toasted （白芝麻，炒香）
Syrup （糖浆）:
120g caster sugar （细砂糖）
60ml water （水）
50g/2 tbsp maltose （麦芽糖）
1/2 tsp vinegar or lime juice （白醋或酸柑汁）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
