For everyone that’s having trouble setting the time (like I was for days) - You have to unplug and replug in the whole device / reset it prior to the step of hitting the “set” button twice 🙃 have had this for weeks and just figured it out
I think setting the time is the trickiest. You have to press “set” twice. Not too fast, not too slow. If any of the feeding time numbers are showing (1,2,3,4,5,6), before you get the current time correct, start over. When the feeder had been empty, the first portion dispensed was none. The second portion dispensed was a partial portion. The third portion was full (0.8 ounces)
Wait is this the same version as the wifi air feeder? I am about to return this because the wifi keeps disconnecting but if it has this clock feature under that flap in the front I will try it! Or is this a different model without wifi option?
For everyone who is having a hard time setting the portion amount like I did there’s a portion setting after you enter the time. Ex. (P-01, P-02, etc) you choose according to the feeding chart and select the portion. So (P-03) will dispense the amount of the first portion but 3 times.
I only want to feed my cat three times a day so I set time and protions in 1,2,3. But all of them are not repeating. No food coming out after the first time the clock hit the scheduled time. I am having this trouble for a week now.
I have a question today I set up everything so I put the 3 meal at 5pm and I have waited for the time to hit 5pm and nothing came out what do I do I even put batteries and everything is full and ready
My unit doesn’t seem to scroll thru each time slot normally. After I program slot 1 with all the variables it doesn’t automatically move on to slot 2, 3 etc…

Is there any way to lock the black part of the bowl to the feeder itself? My little guy always ends up separating the two pieces and I have to end up duct-taping it together
The device seems faulty heavy. There is that little track on the black plastic part of the tray that the little metal dish should fit into which kind of locks in. I use it for my barn cats and the raccoons don’t even knock the black plastic pan loose.
Is there a way to set up 6 days with 1 meal per day at the exact time each day? I set all 6 meals for a time thinking it will serve one a day but instead it feeds all 6 meals at once
Just program #1 for the portion amounts you desire and it SHOULD only dispense the food every day at that time slot until the unit needs to be refilled.
How much kibble do I have to put in there for it to actually dispense?? I put two small portions as my plan is to refill every evening so thr kibble doesn’t go stale, might that be the reason why it’s not automatically dispensing???
I think you should fill it up because I think it’s designed to keep the food that is in it fresh. Might be too light. If the red light is on it’s detecting that the unit is empty or needs refilling I think.
After you set up meal schedules, the feeder will dispense food according to the schedule every day until you turn off the feeder, reset the feeder, or change the settings. Please note that after the feeder dispenses food successfully, the number at the left will disappear, but it will appear automatically on the second, you don't need to set up the meal schedules every day.@@MattRowe182

i don’t know if this is a dumb question but how do you know what the portion size is?
I'd love to know the answer to this question as well.
Having a VERY DIFFICULT time trying to get the actual/ real time set into the unit! Have been trying for 4 days now!!! WTH!
took me a while to figure out but you have to press SET twice to correct the time. I’m sure after 6 months u figured it out🥲
OK I think I FINALLY see the step to set the actual time. Keep your fingers crossed.
Would be nice to have a fucken set button on the one that I got!!! Bc the lights keep flashing && won’t complete.

Question: Have 2 barn cats to feed, wondering how big each portion size is when it dispenses it? Seems like not even a tsp is coming out…
So what is the deal with the lock and unlock images inside the feeder and under the lid?

How do I know what time the feeder thinks it is? No food comes out for the times I set it to, so I’m wondering if that’s the issue
Make sure it’s not set on (P-0) I had the same issue

Thank you for helping to clarify and it's correct:)
Thank you
Doesn’t help the fact I can’t get it to talk to my WiFi.
I noticed that too, after trying to figure out how it locks in. No go. Tape it is!
Sorry for this experience and please let us know more about the issue by help@petlibro.com. Support team would be happy to help!
Does this work constantly as long as there is food? Or only for a set number of days?
