For real, tho. I watch a bunch of vids...always a foreigner. Not that I have any issue with that. Just an observation. Even the Homeless Hermit is from an island somewhere. Years of watching his text based vids. Then I watched one where he talked...and he's Brit or a Drunk Brit/Australian.
@@ObsidianGamingTv dude thanks for the reply! I played it for a few minutes last night and feel I would benefit from playing multiplayer with a veteran. I need tips just to get the basics of controls and mechanics down… It looks so fun though
Sure is, you have turtles and frogs on the shaw line, lots of fish by the water fall yards away and just in the Forrest is plenty of fruit and meat sources 😀
Tbh you find most of them just running around, always check inside caves, camps or areas of interest, for anything that uses mud bricks etc simply pick up some mud from the water.
by the time I get my frames down and harvested my log and long sticks, to stay alive food wise, by the time I am.on to my second go round of using the mud mixer, the natives have attacked me twice, atleast. and by that point the location is screwed cause they keep coming back. how do I handle that. it happens no matter where I build.
@@ObsidianGamingTv no, I light fires during the day time, and lately I've been trying to find a place sort of close to where I am trying to setup a base to light fires and not have them at my base. it's kind of worked. 1 time I had the natives go to do there ritual before attacking and showed up right at the base, but just once.
@@ObsidianGamingTv I think it kind of is, I'm building at the boat dock now, cause I've heard that's a good place, so I'm lighting my fires for food and ash inside the cave that's across the river, that has the medium bamboo shelter in it. until I get everything up for my base
You should have mentioned that you have to place the frames ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY or it won't let you build on that river. The really frustrating part is the only way you can even find out if a piece will snap, is if you already built the piece you want to snap it to. If you don't place the first frame EXACTLY where you placed it, the entire build is unbuildable. Actually a really crappy location and I wish I would have known that before attempting this build 5 times. All that work for nothing.
Thanks for all the support you guys are amazing!
Let me know where your favourite place to set up camp!
The whacking of the squeaky toy against the bamboo makes me chuckle x)
Do any Americans play this besides me?

Yes I am American and I play the game
Just bought the game last night, can’t wait to get home and play it!

From 10:07 to 11:03 is like the videos where indian guys building shelter in real life :DDDD
oh i didnt know that we could pick up lots of long bamboo trees on the same time
Do the Natives give you any trouble there?
They can stand on the beach shooting arrows but can’t attack the base 😄
@@ObsidianGamingTv Do the arrows damage the base?
@@atiworg5171 no, arrows don’t destroy your base
How do you build a secomd floor. I cant get the frame to show up on top
Have you built all the frames on the lower floor and I think you may have to have built the mud platform for the roof too
재밌게 잘 봤어요.
How did you get all those blue prints? Are you playing on a different mode?

What is the area ?
West ,East,South and West number?
@@inthelifeofbri7046 it’s just north east of the docks, (follow the river around) and you’ll find it

Do you have fires at night? This can cause the natives to come more frequently

@@jasonweddington3782 good idea with lighting fires away from the base. Is your base near any native camps?

@@jasonweddington3782 the docks are a good place for your base, be careful across the river as the tribes sometimes patrol around the coastal line

It’s pretty easy tbf to build there. You just need to set the first piece up correctly
You playing on pc or console.
