Hello, first of all i would like to thank you for your very informative and useful uploads. Would be very nice if you could help me to solve some issues with my android. So, NTG screen at the beginning, when i connected it- worked, but after around an hour it went black and stays like that till now. I tried A.B.AB cabel wires but no help. Also in settings i tried the options from 1 to 10, but still nothing changed. Another issue is when I start the car engine, the screen doesn't turn on, I have to turn the car's radio OFF then turn it ON, only then the screen works. Thank you in advance. Regards, Moses Aro

Hello just acquired a 2019 android 8.1 screen but ntg mode is blank. The seller said he bought from you in 2019. It didn't come with harness so I'm using the original harness for my older 10.25 android 5.0 screen. Everything works and have tried all the screen size setting 1-13. If I put my old adroid screen back I'm able to see my original ntg screen so I'm certain it's not because of the LVDS adapter being the issue. I'm just not sure what other setting I'm missing.

for ur benz S, first where u get it? different factory have different software, so first choice is asking from them
2. if u did not reverse, but reverse appears, this u need check ur installation and resolution setting
3. if u did reverse, 3 parts appear, first do not reverse, switch to oem system see if oem system all correct--then go back to check--refers to installation and resolution too

My benz come with NTG 4.0 and when I installed system screen wasn't showing correctly either. In setting I changed to NTG 4.5 and voila, all is correct. Which is strange as system on my merc is deffo NTG 4.0

Hello just acquired a 2019 android 8.1 screen but ntg mode is blank. The seller said he bought from you in 2019. It didn't come with harness so I'm using the original harness for my older 10.25 android 5.0 screen. Everything works and have tried all the screen size setting 1-13. If I put my old adroid screen back I'm able to see my original ntg screen so I'm certain it's not because of the LVDS adapter being the issue. I'm just not sure what other setting I'm missing.
to this unit, have software, but to the question, easily can know the cable is the problems, must need the 40pin power cable, if u get from personal, at least get whole set with accessories. as this android8 is around 3-4 years ago device, so over warranty, each warranty has fees. u can ask the seller write to me, i know who he is, then if u need the help from us, write to info@carlife-mall.net we will be back after 29th
