i got mine in less than 5 hours. 10 hours of playing only got past 100 k once, heck i only got past 50k twice, its super luck dependent even if you know the game inside out.
expired medicine is the absolute worst item ever to use in this game. so luck dependent. the only acceptable time to use it is when you are at 2 health and you can heal to 4, but you should have cigarettes with you in case you lose 1 health.
Well there is %40 chance that gives two charge. İf he uses cigarette then medicine and get Lucky he Got 3 charge from it but if he uses cigarette and use medicine and lost %40 he doesnt win or lose to my opinion. İts just depends to luck.if u are Lucky enough its just risky move
The a.i. is just using your health items before you can. If he shot you after taking the medicine, you would use the cigarettes to gain one health. So the strategy it would be to just use your items, so you get no use.
7:18 you miscounted the shells, because you could have used the inverter and kill the dealer. Either way, gg. I am looking at what decisions you take, to see if I can learn something.

the ai made a horrible move. when he was at 2 health he used a cigarette and then an expired medicine. he ended up back at 2 health.
