You're taking a 50/50 on either it a live round or a blank. I call the odd of medicine pretty good even before the buff. It does feel like the deck is stacked against you, but I like the game, and it's odds. not a bad game and congratulations on your winnings mate!

Expired medicine still sucks even after it got a buff from 40% to 50%. Average life gain: 0.2 > 0.5.
