@@aidenbonnett i wanna throw a kx 65 front end on mine as well...but im also trying to keep it as "stock" as possible so i can stay in the stock class.
It looks good but your hands are in the way. Like the drum brake swap is a good idea but you never told why. It looks good and I hope you can take constructive criticism. 🙂
Love all your videos man hope you keep them coming 🤙🏻 Just ordered myself the TBparts 143 kit and a HD clutch. Have you thought about doing anything to your engine?
since you seem to know alot, sorry to bother haha. i have a 07 klx110, i got some kx60 forks with stiff springs i want to install, but im having a hard time finding a swingarm longer than 1.75. will the newstyle bbr 1.75 stock comp level my bike with kx60s forks?
the newest stock comp swing arm is able to raise the seat height 1 inch. The kx60 forks will raise the front end 2 inches higher. if you dont like the height differnce, you can just push the fork tubes higher into the top clamp until the bike sits at your liking. I also put a 270mm rear shock in my klx 110 (the stock shock is 260mm) and that brought the seat height almost a half an inch taller. With the swing arm and that shock it raised it a total of 1.5 inches which matches my damping rods in the front. The top clamp area should have enough room to bring down your front end though with those kx60 forks to match your rear end
You should get the fastace front end for your build!
The KTM 65 front end would be really cool!
Would be keen to see a KTM SX65 front end video! I have one sitting in my shed that I plan on putting on mine. Want to see someone do it first haha

When you placed the pivot bolt through the frame/Swingarm …was there a gap between the two?
