I got the Pavo20 as my first drone after some 20 sim hours, and I am absolutely in love with this thing. I managed to fix the camera angle so that props dont show. It is so much fun! flight times are great. I havent tested durability (no major crashes yet) but it seems to be pretty sturdy from my hard landings lol. I highly recommend it! I am having the time of my life with this little drone.
I have 2 Pavo pico v2 and the Pavo 20, the 20 is better in every way, new people should not buy a pavo pico, just buy the 20. the Paco Pico does terrible in wind but the 20 does fine.

Hmm, very informative mate, I have a question though. I broke my DJI Avata 1, and I was thinking about swapping the motors and everything onto a new carbon fiber frame. I’m just going to use it for practice / fun, so I don’t need anything too fancy. Do you have any recommendations for a frame that would be easy to swap everything over to? Keep up the good work! I also transplanted my o3 au from my pico to my pavo 20 and never looked back. But I got that stupid idea of getting some beefier motors like those 3s ones from the pavo 20 and convert the pico (2nd batch) to a proper 3s build. I dont mind about the footage. I fly those birds just for my own pleasure. 😊
This is awesome. Only thing i kinda dont like is the flight time, around 2-3 mins only :( im thinking to buy an fpv drone, was thinking either pavo20 or avata 2. The difference in flight time is huge. Do you just keep replace battery to have longer flight times?

It's mostly binding your controller and then setting up the flight modes based on your preferences. The DJI controller is usable in a pinch but not recommended due to reliability issues. I fly my pavo20 with a $65 radiomaster pocket and it works great
Try using the vtx mount from the pavo pico on the pavo20 i heard it fits and you dont have the prop guards in frame also you save some weight. might be worth a try? and nice review by the way:) got me thinking... i have ordered the pavo20 2 weeks ago now and they havnt even shipped it out yet, I e-mailed BetaFPV and apparently its because there is too many orders coming in and they have ran out of parts and dont know how long it will take untill they will have them to be able to put the drone together and ship it to me and they couldnt even give me a rough estimate of when they will be able to so they asked if there was any other drone on the site that i want instead lmao! i said no thanks i ordered the pavo20 because i want the pavo20 "durr".. they could have put a warning on the pavo20 buy page before i paid for it saying about the wait time! its really p*ssed me off because as im in the UK i paid the $30 delivery service hoping it would arrive faster but i bet i wont get a refund on that... its so annoying because it took me to email them first only 2 days ago asking if they have shipped it out yet cos i wasnt getting a tracking number in my inbox 2 weeks after the order completion e-mail they send you where in it.. it says they will e-mail you when they ship it and supply a tracking number! Anyway thats my rant about BetaFPV over lol... i think watching this seeing you unboxing yours and flying it made me kinda jealous hahahah;) COME ON BETAFPV HURRY UP I WANT MY TOY! :(HAHA

How does the Pavo Pico and Pavo 20 do in tight, indoor areas, like small attics with short ceilings, or crawl spaces? Looking to see which one is better for those situations. I do home inspections and am looking for a small fpv with O3, that can handle tight quarters well in regards to stability and the drone’s hovering ability. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Hello, I bought a Pavo 20. Before installing O3, I was flying with 2-cell and 3-cell batteries without any problem. But after installing O3, it does not fly at all with 2-cell batteries, and with 3-cell batteries, it flies at 90% throttle and with difficulty. where is the problem from ? I have a 2 cell battery : tattu 450mah 75c and a 3 cell battery : boslipo 650mah 95c

ExpressLRS is the one you want. They all use the same flight controller with ExpressLRS, so thats the "default" one, the TBS version adds an external TBS receiver to it. So you don't need TBS so stick with ELRS
It was the stock OSD from the factory. I use Goggles 2 so the goggles support the betaflight OSD by default. If you use goggles v2 maybe it doesnt support crosshair

Betafpv shows pavo20 does not support walksnail, but the pavo pico does. I think it may be due to the changed mounting cage. I think if you used the pavo pico mounting cage, you could use it with walksnail on pavo20.
depende mano... Cinelog 20 é mais caro e vem suporte pra levar uma gopro naked ele faz um voo mais forte e mais tipo cruzeiro. O frame dele é mais frágil de todos fique pronto pra trocar. tempo de voo é bem curto. E as baterias são mais caras 4s. Já o pavo é pra voar no gás um cinewoop de manobras acelerado mais radical diria. Se for bom no dedo consegue fazer um cinema com ele reza a lenda. Ainda não tenho um mas se fosse de 25 iria de cinebot 25s dá uma olhada ai.

It should be the same quality. I'm not sure why the pico is worse quality. Are the camera settings the same on both O3s?

You should probably get the DJI avata 2 because it has a better camera and better flight times unless you're flying around people.

For hovering I assume you mean “altitude hold”? And if that’s the case, the only “small” fpv drone that has hovering capabilities is the DJI Avata.
Build a fpv rc crawler
U can easily add a vista kit to a 10th scale or a 16th scale crawler, I used a trx6 and now doing a 24th scale axial gladiator lol
The main difference for the batch 1 & 2 is mainly the A for the FC. From 2S to 3S

if you can get O3 in there. theres no reason walksnail cant
