真是非常多謝妳的教授,提供給我們那麼多新的知識,原來很多廚師都是那麼惡,可以罵到學生哭出來,我在美國是學緊Baking and Pastry 課程,真是難受,是否越叻的廚師,他們就可以闊口大罵學生呢?一手就拿著你的粉團,很兇猛的一邊罵,一邊用力的丟到垃圾桶內,有時罵旁邊的同學,都好像罵緊自己,好驚心動魄的上課,他的英文又帶有法文,又有義大利文,大家又帶著口罩,真是很難明白,他不準我們拿手機出來拍攝,因為他説手機最多细菌,各人記得幾多就幾多,真是困難。幸好妳不是,反而很有耐心去教導我們,我真是多謝妳,我看完妳一個又一個視頻,真是不想放手,妳的教學很活潑和有趣,令我們得益良多,真是很多謝妳。
大駡學生跟廚藝無關,只是個別情緒失控的例子。很羡慕你去廚藝學校進修,證明你對Baking & Pastry認真又有熱誠。盡力做就好了,要記住學廚也得享受過程。我全力支持你的💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🤓

Suggestion / question : Use sous vide to bring the whole piece of meat to the desired target temperature (- 5 degrees or so), then use the cast iron or even a torch) to crisp the outside very quickly. This is called reverse sear. If you agree and create a video, it will be very unique.
Sous vide is a gd suggestion. Love sous vide cooking too just sometimes the cooking takes too long.
A sous vide video might be unique but I doubt if I could turn it into a popular one since not many people own a sous vide immersion cooker at home.

@@McFattyHK Ya.... However sous vide often saves a lot of time because after sealed in a ziplock bag to cook (I don't even own a vaccum sealer machine), I can do other things. Also, a sous vide costs a lot less than a good wok. It's about time more Chinese people be introduced to such modern gadget. And you'd be standing out among other RUclipsrs.

多謝詳細解釋,西方食肉溫度依次為,牛/豬/雞,約50/60/70C,西方豬飼料不同,可以帶生食用,但雞刞要全熟,講開,德國人有食生豬肉習慣,因飼料/養與牛羊等無異。
