Iv been watching ur videos for a long time and I had my tryouts on the 18 and I made the varsity team mainly because 8th graders aren't allowed on JV but they said I was food enough to be on the varsity team thank you so much you have helped me so much
i’m definitely not a setter, but i want to work on it and get good at it so i can be pretty well rounded when i try out and play for teams. thank you for the tips!

You can, but it’s *definitely* a poor choice. It’s a free ball, and you’re basically setting for the other team.
