When U set the ball, think of an imaginary rail track (which is parallel) ahead of your eyes as you look up to the ball to be set, push your arms out towards the far end of the track, this would help you prevent your hands from spreading apart after the set. Also the ball should be set in front of your forehead as you look up. When U jump set, the ball needs to be set higher than your forehead (i.e., not in front of your forehead).
I find this very useful and because of this video i find to set more correctly now but my coach said do not put your fingers wide i tried to balance my fingers but still cant do it please make more tutorials on how to set correctly

Use your legs as a sprint for momentum to push the ball out. I think its easier to control the ball.
