Love the first person videos. Really motivates me. Btw in gonna be going to this volleyball camp at my YMCA from April to June or July. And after I'm gonna be trying or at least seeing if I can try out for an actual volleyball club in August. If I never found this channel I would have never considered any of these things. I'm a 15 year old volleyball player and I've been playing wing attacker for around 3 years and now but my coach decided to make me a center and it's been really hard to get used to spiking in this different way, any advice on what exercises I can do to practice other than just doing the smashes since I can't play right now due to covid regulations ?
