Muy bello gracias, bonita tarde.
I love this pattern and I know it’s an old video but instead of starting with a ribbed pattern could we start with a chain and do front post bk post double crochet instead and then start with the main pattern?
Amazing! Thanks for sharing
It's amazing, thank you! 👍

So how many chains would you do for 3xl? I looked at the pattern, but it dosent say. I don’t know how you size it up. But I would love to stitch along with the video. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance xx
I made the ribbing, it has the 58 rows for the largest size, but I can't get 117 single crochet's across the top. The ribbing is all puckered and I am still 15 single crochet's short. What am I doing wrong? Row 2: Note: Should have 85 (101, 117) dc’s. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks, Chrissy
This is very nice. 😊
Thank you so much🌹❤️😘
How can we take the measurements inorder to make the ripping?I mean the length?
I have a question on this poncho. How much yarn do you need for each size. I love this poncho, but I am NOT a good judge of how much yarn to purchase for a project unless I have made it before. Thank you.
I used 3 skeins of Caron big cakes yarn and each skein is about 600 yards. Hope this helps. Thank you!
I made this poncho and it came out perfect. I have one question about adding the buttons. Are they sewn on the side pieces through both the back and front to close the poncho together on each side. Or are the three button just sewn on the front of the side pieces for aesthetic purposes.
That is correct. Buttons are sew on both back and front. Thank you!
Great, that helps me complete my design.
🙂🙂🙂🙂
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING. YOU EXPLAIN VERY WELL. I WANT TO MAKE 3 OF THEM FOR MY NIECES. WOULD THIS BE FOR CHILDREN AGE 10. I AM NOT SURE HOW MANY RIBBINGS I AM GOING TO NEED. CAN YOU HELP. THANK YOU I HAVE SUBCRIBED. LOVE THE PONCHO. FROM ELBOW TO ELBOW THEY MEASURE 28 INCHES.
Yes this might work for your nieces. I am 5 ft tall, if your niece is about same height then you're fine. They grow up so fast, so a little allowance is also a good idea. Thank you so much!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH I WILL POST MY PROJECT WHEN IT'S FINISHED.
I would love to make this but I have a question as to how many balls of yard to we need to make this? I would like to make it in a larger size.
It may have been 5 skeins of yarn. Thank you!
You say it takes 5 skeins? How many yards would that be? Here in UK we don't measure by skeins so total yardage would be more helpful.
Each skein is about 600 yards. Hope this helps. Thank you!
Can I do this with tweets yarn? I buy. 7 balls and I can not understand the instruccion. I can find her so I can ask her.
I would love to make this, and was wondering if this would fit a large -xlarge or do I need to alter the pattern count??
Yes you would have to increase the pattern count for larger size.
Crafting Shed do you know the count size to increase ?
do you have a Ravelry account? looking for your other stuff
So nice🌹❤️😘Iwant to ask you which size this
This fits Small and Medium size. Thank you!
Dear thanks for sharing. May i ask if i want to turn it to 2-3 or 6-7years old kids how many should i crochet the begining of the ribbings(yours have 42ribbings)?
Not sure if it helps but I am making one using her instructions and used a start of chain of 6 for the ribbing with 24 ribbons for a size 8 / 10 Girls. I am also using a J hook.
Size 7 hip which is what I go off for these are 28 inches
Thank you!
Thanks you.
I love this poncho, unfortunately, I din't know how to follow a pattern
Thank you. I would like to help you. Would a video of how to read/follow a pattern help you?
👍👍♥️♥️♥️💕💕💕
Is this The Tweed Under Wraps poncho from the Crochet Crowd?
My inspiration for this project is the Mom and Me Poncho which is also from Yarnspirations.
What yarn can I use instead of this one. I can’t find it
You can use any yarn that is guage #4 (medium). It is indicated in every yarn wrapping.
For side large can you tell me how many Chan? Please thanks you.
it is written in the pattern
❤️❤️❤️💐
Dear crafting shed love the poncho but when you get to the single crochet around the neck line, you don't show clearly how you space your single crochet so now I'm stuck with a collarless poncho...lol
Yes, I know what you mean :). Sorry I didn't show it because I didn't have the exact spacing, I just kinda eyeball it to make it even. So just try to crochet I think 85 stitches or try to decrease the neckline into 24 inches or your desired circumference. You can do it :).
