Exactly. I used to own an '04 ZX-6RR and an '06 10R. I always rode the 6RR and my buddy rode the 10R even though it literally pulled four times harder. It was more fun for me to toss it in the curves and stretch every gear rather than getting to stupid speeds instantly on the 10R.
The "decel fuel cut" is set to true/enabled by default to cut off the injectors when the throttle is closed. This of course means the injectors need to turn "on" when throttle is applied. The difference between on/off is lag and causes a jerky throttle that is present across many different Kawasaki models. This jerky throttle is very annoying when cruising on the country roads between 25-55 where on/off throttle is used often.

You can rig it up so it switches automatically between mains or backup. As long as the mains is off when you running the back up you will be just fine.

I have a 2019 Zx6r. When the factory warranty is up I would like to have it re flashed . What’s the cost and where do I send the ecm ? What’s the turn around time ? I would like to not have all those codes up on the dash like this one did. I want the fan turn on changed to like 175 degrees, the idle bumped up to 1650, and all the crappy restrictions removed.

I put a akrapovic link pipe on me 11’ zx6r and it was like it was in limp mode and wouldn’t let me past 6k rpms basically hit a wall but under 6k it rode normal, got my ecu to moore mafia rn so hoping when I get it back that’s all gone and I can ride normal cause if not then idk what’s wrong with it

A power commander v and auto tune is good for slip ons and like that.. when you go full is when itll be ideal to have a flash tune, youd make crazy hp.. torque and overall bike will perform very different
Is the "decel fuel cut" enabled or disabled? It needs to be disabled in order to get popping on decel with an aftermarket cat-back system. With a cat-back exhaust system like the one in the video, I have the Hindle Evolution and K&N air filter, the popping occurs only if the "decel fuel cut" is disabled as that will leave the injectors "on" when the throttle position is off. Did you get a sheet of paper with all the ECU options that were disabled from Moore? Is the "decel fuel cut" checked or unchecked? The "decel fuel cut" is probably still enabled so you would need to contact Chris and send the ECU back to have it disabled.

I have the same bike with an m4 slip on & recently got a power commander/dyno tune & flash and it backfires a shit ton i love it!
