Hello beautiful people! I had to double-check and triple-check calculations. Math, ya either love it or hate it :) Let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you for providing this. I am a disabled veteran 52 yo with my wife fighting her second battle of breast cancer. My mind can only absorb so much. Did I mention I have Parkinson’s Lewy body? So videos like this are wonderful for people like me and my hospice help. God bless, best wishes for you and your little angel.
Hi Morgan! For those errors, I would replace the entire pump bag. It usually means that either the bag is empty or there is an occlusion somewhere in the tubing. Hope that helps!
Hi! I work in a group home and have an individual with this exact pump, I'm currently having an issue where all of the buttons except for the power button are not responding.
Thank you so much!💜 I purchased this pump in the video off of Amazon for $500.now my insurance has sent me the infinity pump and I definitely dislike it. I want the bags with 2 bags for water and formula, not the single formula bags. 😒They say there is a shortage on the bags for the kangaroo Joey and this is the reason. 🙄 So I'm stuck with either buying the bags for $400 a month for my kangaroo Joey off of Amazon,or having my insurance send me the bags for the infinity which my formula gets stuck in as their settings are so low. also, I see that you have the fancy connection on the IV pole for the kangaroo Joey pump. I bought that on Amazon and cannot for the life of me figure out how to put it on! (If I don't make sense just let me know, I have a hole in the base of my brain.)💜
Hi Mrs. B! I'm happy you found the video helpful! 😊 You can call your Durable Medical Equipment (DME) location and check if they carry the kangaroo bags that you need. Your insurance should have a list of suppliers that are covered. I would try calling different ones and asking if they have any in stock. Hopefully one of them will have the right bags! Are you having issues with the IV clamp?
@@speciallyhaniya5757 thank you so very much! I am going to do that! I never thought of that. Yes I can't figure out how to clamp the extra ivy told that I had bought for $40 off of Amazon. Unfortunately it didn't come with instructions and I have a hole in the base of my brain so I'm not that bright LOL😬😆
Hi Jenny! The only reason I can think of the tube clogging, would be if the tube formula is thick. We had used Similac baby formula for bolus feeds. Sometimes I would need to pause it in the middle of a feed, but I never had issues with the tube clogging. Hope that helps! 🙂
@@speciallyhaniya5757 they sent it for my mother. But when it comes on it’s already in another language on the pump. I cant figure out what to do to get it to English so that i can set it. So I’ve been using syringe for her feedings. But she’s growing uncomfortable with doing it like that.
I'm sorry you're having issues with it! To get to the language settings, you will select the fourth option down right after powering the pump on which will be "Clear Settings". Then select the very last option which will be "More". Once that menu opens up, the third option down will be "Languages". If you go to 4:38 in my video, you can see the different selections and how to get to the language settings. 🙂

My son has a G-tube and I'm confident in everything except calculating whenever we change the amount. Lol. Thank you so much!

Hey! Just a quick suggestion could you show how to deal with errors of the pump? Like flow error and feed error?

I'm getting clog error even on water
Are you able to do a video on the Infinity pump?
Thank you 😊
You're welcome 😊

Hi! I would reach out to the DME company to replace it or troubleshoot with the Kangaroo company's customer service! Hope that helps!

Mine is showing clog error even when I'm doing water
Hello! Check for kinks in the tubing as you set up the bag into the pump and re-prime it. I hope that helps!☺️
I have the (Nutricia) flocare infinitty now 2 years i hate it. This one did i have before flocare is 100% better!
External tubes
I can’t get it to language to get to English
Hi Michael! I am not sure what you mean, but you can turn on the subtitles to English. Hope that helps!😊
