Try downloading and installing the business version which is the same but has an offline installed you can get it here www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download

My Microsoft Edge can't be displayed there is only a black screen. and when right-clicking on the mouse only shows the right-click option on Microsoft Edge when it works, but the screen remains black

Normally if it says its unsecure then its probably that the website you are visiting does not have a https prefix and is not a secure website the website owner needs to update the website to make it secure, but saying that if you are not giving any details on that website the fact its unsecure is not really an issue, try going to www.google.co.uk and if that its still showing unsecure then get your pc checked by an expert.

You can still upgrade to windows 10 for free by following this guide ruclips.net/video/KI8-_xamRZo/видео.html but please be aware this will probably slow your computer down unless you have a fast Solid State Hard Drive.
There should be no virus in this file as it comes direct from Microsoft, I would scan your computer for viruses if that does not help then get your computer checked over by a professional.

I think you can only go up to IE8 with XP, not sure about Neptune, my Windows 7 is the most recent update.

Its for anyone that hasn't upgraded yet, Edge is far safer than IE on windows 7, but ideally anyone running Windows 7 should now upgrade to 10.
