I have a copy of this, been looking for years but no luck however Ed managed to get me a copy for Christmas. My book pages have a different feel, they are more like the original. I agree I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
I missed this video. I did not know that about the different ISBN numbers. I stop the video to check my book. It does have a different ISBN number. Also the pages aren’t shiny. I have bought different books blind and they were stinky. I’ve tried putting them in a bag with baking soda(as someone suggested to me) but it didn’t really work. When I’d be in the thrift store looking for books, I probably looked cookoo 🤪 always sniffing them. Lol I appreciate people who do flip throughs so I can see what I would be buying. Thanks and hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗 PS. I have so many books I probably will never use all of them. So I won’t be buying anymore. Except for one… my white whale is a vintage phone directory. You know the ones when phone numbers were only 4 or 5 digits.(without be stinky too) If you were interested the first British phone directory came out in 1880 according to “Alexa”. That would be awesome to find. More hugs 🤗🤗
I put mine in with some silica, then some dried herbs to mask the smell 😊😘🤗
