Should be noted that the sun roof and the sliding rear seats are optional extras, quite a lot for the sun roof, I think it was close to 3 grand, seats were about 600 if I remember right, Bose sound system is a grand extra. I went for the connecta trim, get my nice new one in July 😊
Previously had the Nissan X Trail Tekna 1.6 Diesel 2018 model owing to the fact we had a touring caravan. yes it had the works leather seating and powered tailgate. However in September od 2023 we took delivery of the 2023 connecta which was recommended to us by our dealer and agent who sold us the previous x trail. The connecta as you say has cloth seating and not leather and I wondered how in winter we might cope with that as there was no heated seats in the connecta. We needn't have worried the cloth seating was far warmer than the leather seating ever was and you needed to have them heated as the leather was really cold on those really cold mornings, I can't say we have missed them. The powered tailgate also would I miss it, answer to that again no, in fact I would say having a Manuel opening tailgate means I can get things in and out quicker as I'm not waiting for the tailgate to go through its functions. So if when I get asked what do think of this latest x trail I say I love it. We got the epowe,r e4orce model and I have to say as for the driving it's the best car I have driven and I've been driving since 1974. There is loads of power to tow the caravan also as it pulls a dream. The milage drops as you would expect it when towing, but when driving solo on many occasions I'm getting between 46 and 54 MPG on one occasion the vehicle in its dashboard log has 64 MPG recorded on it, granted I use the B mode in drive not D and eco, standard when towing, in sports it's rapid. So would I recommend the new X trail you bet, that said I quite like the fact you don't see many of them on the roads and when parked against most SUV's they do look big

How do you get into the back seats
Thanks for the comment. There is another review on our channel for the xtrail and it shows you how to get in the back. Thanks for chatting 🤗
Is the screen here 8 inches or 10 inches ?
It’s the N connecta so I think it’s the 10inches as that’s when it starts having it on the trim levels. Thanks for the comment 🤗
12 inches
Still a fan of the original x trail that had lights on the roof bars
Yeah there are decent! I like the new shape as well. Just so easy to drive as well 👌🏽
Wow is very nice car
