@@HomeMeetsRoad Oh, my bad. Didn't notice. One reason why we got an unlocked Nighthawk is it takes an external antenna and SIM from any carrier. Same with phones (unlocked).
Went there in 2015 I think and we didnt go back either. We have a Large 5th wheel toy hauler and stayed in a full hook up site up front. We were squeezed in and I belive we can here our neighbors snore. lol just kidding. It felt way to tight...

Its not for everybody but I stayed there and loved it was quiet and relaxing if you don't know just stay a couple days and see how you feel

About connectivity: Were you using an external antenna when you did the speedtests?
ATT has an external antenna but not Verizon. Equipment is listed in the screen shot of the speed tests.
