I like this. I hope J Bickerstaff can help our young guys get better and I hope he wants to actually be apart of this rebuild. We ain’t asking to make the play-in, we just want to be better.
Props on being first. These other lames are sleep. You got a subscription from me for being on time, and not starting like the Pistons press conferences.
I'm ok with the hire. He's got HC experience. I heard it was between him and Sean Sweeney who used to work for the Pistons. You have a really good channel and you are very objective.
This was honestly the best coach available given the field + timing but we thought the same about Monty last year too lol... and, just as last year, the true X-Factor will ultimately be roster construction... the rest of the off-season will tell us how serious the organization really is.
Im a Browns, Pistons, Dodgers, and UConn huskies for men and women college hoops being thag live in Connecticut. Point being there's not a lot if content out there being my teams aren't mainstream popular. I like what ur doing and I'll be looking out for future content!
For sure, I do see that side of the coin as well. I was hoping for a younger coach and he is still really young despite the experience. Maybe it ends up being the best of both worlds.
We will know in the 1st 10 games what's his off and def schemes are. Then we will find out if the players develop in those schemes. Just waiting how the new gm fills out the roster, since he is gutting the entire bench.
It’s a good hire. He has lots of experience. And I mean who the hell wants to come coach this team right now? Should’ve/could’ve put the full court press on Rick Carlysle but whatever.
Hes worked with 2 guards even though i dont think Ivey will work. He got a veteran PG and his wins jumped to 50. Kind of like Monty getting Chris Paul.
He divided the locker room, was very limited in offensive mind, and his practices lacked substance. Development wise for a young team, he can help. But other than that, not a great coach.
As a Cavs fan he is good for building a culture of defense, but tbh he is Terrible at rotations, drawing up plays, player development, and he overplays players he has a personal attachment to
Man.... Not excited in the least.... Was looking forward for the Dallas guy. This is Just "meh".. like "This is what we could get guys, deal with It.". Like the THJ trade
Pistons fans, be careful what you wish for. He's not a good offensive mind. He's very limited in offensive mind. He divided the locker room. His practices were not challenging. As a Cavs fan he was great for development, but he's nothing more than that, so do not expect a great coach.
@@JacobPistons numerous Cavs players would question his practices; he failed to develop Mobley; his offensive sets usually involved one play and if failed became more a free for all
Another retread hire by Detroit. His track record of player development isn’t inspiring. He should be better than Monty, assuming he isn’t trying to get fired too.

Couldn’t agree more. Got my sub.
Hahaha can’t use the caught in traffic excuse like them since I record these from home 😂
Thanks man
Exactly. He learned lessons and also has a chip on his shoulders too while being young enough to improve also. ❤️🩹

🔥🔥🔥 keeping up the good work
Thank you bro 🫡

Monty had to be bribed to take the job. So hopefully we didn't repeat that mistake.
Honestly, just be glad it’s not some front office intern. This is way better than expected.
Glad to find you. New subscriber.
Much appreciated, thanks for the sub 🤝

To be honest it might be the safest hire instead of going with a first time head coach.
For sure, I do see that side of the coin as well. I was hoping for a younger coach and he is still really young despite the experience. Maybe it ends up being the best of both worlds.
Really solid hire experience not to old. Familiar with this division, this is a really good hire.

I'm OK with JB. Let's give him at least 3 years to do anything.
The pistons should definitely improve with this hire
They got the best coach available. He can be on 2-3 years at least then he will be great or it’s time to get somebody better.
Very hard to believe that Langdon cannot find a better HC than mediocre, but will know more by his decisions.

I love the Hire didn’t understand why The Cavs fired him. Maybe because he didn’t lead them to the championship 😮
He wasn’t good at maximizing the roster… and his offense is a little lacking
He divided the locker room, was very limited in offensive mind, and his practices lacked substance. Development wise for a young team, he can help. But other than that, not a great coach.
Solid!
More of this bro
Thank you my man 🫡
They should have gotten Stackhouse or Sam Cassel
It's a good pick he is good at developing players hopefully went wont experiment with a bunch of bs lineups
I’m ok with this hire!
Hope he understands the Pistons need a teacher and game general.. let's go boys time to work.
100% agree, we need a HC who can teach and develop young players. also, the front office and fans needs to be patient as well
In is not what we want but, he is what we need right now. A bridge coach with a chip on his shoulder👌
As a Cavs fan he is good for building a culture of defense, but tbh he is Terrible at rotations, drawing up plays, player development, and he overplays players he has a personal attachment to
Great hire
There’s going to be a lot of ows and aws went holland jumps through the rafters!,
Solid he is questionable with rotations though coming from cavs fan
He got fired after losing to the Celtics who was favored to win the chip without his best player Donovan Mitchell and Caris Lavert and Jarod Allen 🤷🏽
Gtfoh that team is mids He did great with them. Fans will complain about anything
@@bobbybagseedI’m not gonna lie that’s a good team he got carried by talent to some extent
As a Cavs fan he wasn’t maximizing the potential of our roster.
I’d rather Sam Cassell but still a Good Sign.
Get a green screen my boy
Hahaha good idea, only been on here for a week but I def should.

I had Sean Sweany towards the top of my list, on the bright side he’s got to be an upgrade over Monty

This isn’t encouraging however after this past year with Monty starting Killian over Ivey our standard are incredibly low. Like very low. Lol

I was leaning towards first time coach myself too.
The, Detroit Pistons don’t wanna win….💯
Facts! This is not a good hire…
@@ltellis036, EXACTLY….!🤦🏾♂️
People are declining the offer 😂😂😂😂 at least he wants the job
Look what Campbell did with the Lions. Wait and see
Not a good hire.
