He has done a great job with Cavs and the Pistons didn't need to hire a new no NBA experienced coach and a first-time GM to lead a young inexperienced team.
Probably why Trajon hasn't yet signing in today's free agency because he is trying to talk and get some insights from bickerstaff which player he wants to be included in the lineup.

Billups probably gets fired around when JB ineeds to be replaced.
This will be "the guy before the guy". JB will not win you a title. He will not help you make a deep playoff run. What he can do is take struggling teams, and raise their floor to respectability, much like a Doc Rivers. And right now, that's precisely what they need.
If he was a good coach, he wouldn't have been available lol.
Will he fight for the guys will he be engaged on the sidelines.. unlike rip off Monte who stolen money from Detroit and never give a damn about Detroit.. Monte is a thief.... period.
