Love how your mind works! From humor to creativity. Also, I cracked up when said, if you don't have a scroll saw, use your laser.
Hit like if u think I'm cheating. 🤣😂🤣😁
Funny thing, though, I would love to have a Proxxon scroll saw, but chances are I will have a laser cutter and a drag knife first
As a Swede, living very close to the third largest IKEA store in the world, where I've eaten many meatballs and bought loads of cheap furniture, I approve this video. 🇸🇪 Great job as always!
Gorgeous, practical, and ready with the alcohol, like THIS mother.
Although I'm 50 , I hope to be as creative as you when I grow up! Awesome job!
Your Mom Jokes and Howard the Duck plus Woodworking. What else do you want 😂😂😂😂😂
'if you think this is cheating - let me know, by hitting the like button"
So good
You were totally right on the podcast when you said this was your best project/video ever!
You are on a roll with these new videos! Your passion is evident and these are so much fun to watch.
Your mom loved this video!! Great project loved how it turned out.
I am seeing and enjoying thoroughly your page for the first time. Very informative yet fun. Very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised time and again that I was giggling at your subtle, silly humor, your honesty, humility and passion in addition to content has made me your biggest fan. Thank you
"If you think this is cheating, let me know by hitting that like button"...I giggled for a good while over that line! 😂 Good stuff!
'If you don't have a scroll saw use your lazer" haha we've all got lazers lol! First episode of yours I've seen. Very entertaining! Thanks so much!
Your work is fantastic and the quality of your video's are excellent. I don't think any of the shortcuts are cheating. I am all for work smarter, not harder.
That is a cool trick on using expanding glie with kerf joints to make a bend that stays the way you want.
Very cool.
That sure changed the look of the cabinet. Good job
Great project AND Howard the Duck in the background. Awesome video!
Omg I love Howard the duck!! (Playing on tv in background) One if the best movies from my childhood!!
Yes to more IKEA hacks, loved this!!! ❤❤❤
Daniel is CLEARLY Mama Picciuto’s favorite.
Love the safety hot dog there! Mum would be proud!
Can we take a moment and appreciate the way you have upped your production game? From the editing to the neat little graphic, your channel combines great content and humor.
"This is looking so good" an octave higher than regular! I love it, keep it up.
This deserves a like just because 'Howard The Duck' was playing on the Make Something distraction device.
Yes more Ikea hacks, this turned out amazing! Kudos!
You are so right to redo the legs when you added the wheels. If you didn't, it would have looked like you retrofit the wheels, and just had an awkward gap. What a cool piece! I almost wish the entire top was removable almost like a bed tray.
Doing that... I am enjoying the new adding wood to stuff videos. New game: what is David watching?...
That’s the best Ikea hack I’ve seen. And the video editing is just as good.
Dude! This turned out so awesome!!!
This one was dope 🔥🔥🔥
Great video David! Howard the duck in the background is a classic!
Gonna have some "Howard The Duck" music in my head today, Thanks, David!
YES…More IKEA hacks!!
This is a really nice build. Well done.
I haven’t watched any videos for a long while and haven’t watched yours for a long time. I’ve been pretty depressed over life crap for a while and can’t bring myself to make anything. But I watched this video and really found myself smiling and thinking about building stuff again. I’ll probably just go back to the couch for a little while, but hopefully I’ll be back to making things soon…. Love you, man. And I wish you lived nearby and liked people, cause I think if we were friends, that’d be cool, but keep making videos, ok? Thanks man.
It worked, I kept on watching the sponsors message because I realize it’s green screen and proud of myself for a moment. 😂😂😂 12:04
Nice project btw
Love it. And your workshop and all these tech are awesome!!!
One of your best recent projects! Really love the final product, and the kerf bending was great to learn about! Keep doing what you're doing, David!
I really like how you start to talk in a high voice when you get excited. Can you do a whole video in that voice?
Oh man…LOVE THIS! Yes, please, more IKEA hacks! Love watching you think through these projects and doing things on the fly!
yes.....Ikea hacks make good youtube videos. Keep em coming.
Great cabinet hack~!! That turned out fantastic~! Love the line "...if you think I'm cheating, hit the Like button." ...and the Mom jokes have to stay. ;-)
That came out really nice for a POS from Ikea. I would love to see more transformations like this. Plus I was cracking up all thru the video!
The transformation videos have been 🔥 --- And best of all it looks like you're having a blast doing them.
I like your videos so much that before I watch it, I smash that like button every single time. 😄
Yes, more IKEA hacks!
Well this is my new favourite channel...jeez
This is literally the first ever IKEA hack I've seen which improves a furniture piece from there.
I also cannot over state how much I enjoyed this video. Your humour and banter is amazing, David.
Now, I also want to watch Howard the Duck again.
Absolutely thrilled with what you are turning your channel into. These projects are fun to watch and for those looking there is still a lot of educational content here. Like using an expanding glue for the bent sections. Who knew? Well now we do. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Looks great! Could you have done countersunk registration spots for the top tray? For it to “find home” easier?
Fun video! You're like a woodworking Michael Smerconish.
Finally someone using all the cool tech! Everyone is too afraid to use the cool stuff for DIYers to follow and it really shows in the end product.
Awesome! Love the mom jokes!
Plus 10 points for Howard the Duck 👍
This one is definitely amazing looking! Your thought process is definitely unique and it shows in your creativity. Patiently waiting for the next video, you never disappoint.
That video was a fun as your mom. Thanks for both.
I think this is one of your better repurposing projects. It came out great. Lots of good build tips along the way. Well done
Dude. Hearty kudos on that drawer and this idea in general. Really attractive piece. Love this repurposing idea. Not initially something I'd be inclined to do, but this video and piece are excellent. Thanks, as always, Dave.
Really cool upgrade!
Pure art!
Love the look of your shop David!!
You in the background during your showing of the “button” had me cracking up!!
Love it. I love Ikea hacks. More Ikea hacks please.
This may be my favorite upgrade project yet! And did I hear some new tunes on this one? Always funky and fresh, just like your mom. 😁 Thanks for sharing!
So freaking awesome!!
just plain awesome...keep it up!!!
the music editing, love it.
Fantastic as usual, you're a genius. 🎉 😊
Outstanding work. ☺☺This looks so beautiful 😄😄
Nice idea and well done! But the gap between the curved plywood and the *legs* would drive me nuts! 😂
That was a great transformation but the thing is my OCD is raging because the top piece didn’t align well with the sides (maybe it’s just me) 😂😂 And no, using the laser wasn’t cheating, in fact i was shouting at the screen “why isn’t he using that”. Great work man!
Once I noticed the step from the top part in to the side panels I couldn't unsee it. Hard to make the top narrower at that point but the side panels could be shimmed to make them line up. The difference in the shade of each ply also makes the step look worse, but that's harder to fix.
I was waiting for the the veneer has a sticky back like your mom joke lmfao missed opportunity. Been loving the video’s, i always look forward to watching new uploads
Amazing work, Dave! It turned out mad!!! 😃
The red with the light color wood is a perfect match!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
That cart was inspiring. Really like how that turned out. Thank you for your content.
Add magnets to the feet of the tray and the felt, it will travel right to the lock in
Nice job. I wish I had your creative mind. That project turned out great. I liked how you showed how you dealt with the details as you went along.
One of my favorite projects of yours. LOVE IT.
I enjoyed this build and would like to see more IKEA hacks. PS mom jokes are needed 😂
Loved it!!
Great job, dude!
It turned out so awesome! As always, you aspire to inspire!
gr8 job mate !
This might be your funnest video ever! Great build, great content.
Great video. Super entertaining and the item turned out incredible.
"If you don't have a scroll saw, use your laser." 😂
It is possible for some, this is a true statement now.
Loved this vid. The tongue flicking in the back ground nearly killed me though ha ha ha.
Wow that turned out amazing so very cool would definitely love to see more videos like this
Looks great
One of your coolest builds yet. Love it!
“If you don’t have a scroll saw, use your laser.” 😂😂
I had so much fun watching this video!
You really made me laugh and it looked like you had so much fun making this.
The cabinet came out superbly and it’s a brilliant idea.
Also
Edd the duck… don’t think it went unnoticed 😂
10/10 on your newly found video style. You and your brother together are a win.
Awesome!
That turned out really neat looking!
I love your transformations. This one takes me back to the Drunken Woodworker days! Great video!!
Bring a screw in from the back if you know what I’m saying 😂😂😂. Love the humor. 👍
So cool to watch you transform the cabinet into the drink cart!! Inspired!!
One of your best!
You have a great level of skill when it comes to design and detail and bend over the top looks amazing great job
Howard the Duck, now there is a movie I have not seen in many many years.
Also I absolutely laughed my ass off at the " If you think this is cheating, let me know by hitting the like button"
Pretty cool! Subscribed.
Hi David, I‘m a big fan of the podcast „Making It“ that you record with Bob Clagett and Jimmy DiResta, and I wanted to let you know that I like your laugh!
🙂 thanks you!
