You clearly see the difference with Allen: Allen can throw as deep as he wants, but it's always a bit too strong, a bit too deep, a bit hard to catch. Burrow's throws seem to slow down right before the receiver's hand, it's almost magical. I haven't seen someone be that comfortable in a weather like this since Brady in NE. Great Great game.
Mixon is an absolute workhorse couldn’t have played any better in that element on the road in the playoffs! Congrats too the bengals and may the best team win it all!

Not only Chase was great, Hayden Hurst & Joe Mixon were both great. The chemistry between offensive players paralysed Bills defense. From the first minutes of the game, they couldn’t do anything against Bengals offensive team. They were awesome. Well Done.
I just wish Hurst wouldn't do such outlandish landings. It makes me wince every time I see them, knowing he got injured against the Chiefs doing exactly that...
I thought Perine did a great job as well. the Bengals have a very, very, high end running tandem with Mixon and Perine, but usually when a team develops that one of them leaves to become the top dog somewhere else.

Most Bills fans I met at the game yesterday were classless. They bark a lot for a team that has not been to SB in 30 years. Definitely a loser fan base.

How did you guys manage to turn your offensive line around so fast? A year or two ago Burrow was getting killed with sacks. Asking as a Bears fan because I see the same thing happening with Fields. Bears offensive line is pretty bad. I'm afraid Fields is going to get killed with the trash that we have in offensive linemen. I guess it's worse for Fields since he doesn't really have anyone to pass to because our receivers are mostly below average and mediocre. Where as Burrow has plenty of good weapons to throw to.
@@mario012ful7Cappa and Collins. Then they had drafted for depth, then signed Scharping and drafted Volson this year. The big key is adjusting the offense too. Zone defense means short passes should be open more.
I'd like to point out a stand out of this game, but they all did an amazing job with this win. For the Offense: Amazing as always for Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Boyd, and Hurst. Stellar jobs for Mixon and Perine. Also a stellar job for the mostly 2nd string O-Line. I was pleasantly surprised how well they played. Then there's all the play-makers on defense: DJ Reader, BJ Hill, and Hendrickson doing what they do best. Mike Hilton absolutely killing it today with his pre-snap trickery. Apple, Bates, Pratt, Hubbard, and Wilson did solid today. Dax Hill did a real good job and showed he's strong enough to be a starter. Cam Taylor-Britt was an absolute beast today. He was a factor in something like 70-80% of the defensive plays and that epic interception catch was a thrill to see. He's going to go far with this team. Outstanding job, Bengals, that was a complete game from start to finish.

Props to Ja’Marr Chase for his wonderful performance. He was full of energy and really active. He won the game before he stepped into the field. I really loved Bengals energy. They were determined to win the game and they did so.

I think this could be a rivalry that transcends the sport. Clearly we are going to be going head to head quite a bit in the future for major games. But if the fans can continue the love and respect that we’ve shown recently, over time it will be a much bigger story than any win could produce. Great season Buffalo! And a good QB should want his linemen (offense and defense) to be paid as they have to function well for a team to have a chance at victory.

I think the Bills have been playing on emotion the last few weeks and it finally caught up with them. I watched the last two Bills games and they've relied far too heavily on Josh Allen's legs. He spread it around pretty good in this game, but Cincy was and is a more complete team and it showed. Their ability to run the ball consistently was on display as well. Gonna be a good one vs KC.
Bills had an excellent running game this season-amongst the top in many metrics. They were also a better defense than Cincy for the vast majority of the season. On paper that are probably the most complete team in the NFL. They were clearly just outplayed by a hungrier team.

I truly believe Burrow is a football savant. His football iq is off the charts and comparable to the greats like Brady and Brees. It's astonishing how easy the game is becoming for him. He was raised by a professional football defensive coach.
This game felt so much like Burrow and Chase's domination in Tuscaloosa. The poise and ability to do everything without the snow shrinking their playbook was phenomenal.

Bengals vs Bills in the regular season was definitely the most anticipated game of the year. So we finally got that game in the form of this divisional round. Two AFC Juggernauts, Two AFC Powerhouses, Two title contenders, Two Super Bowl favorites…unfortunately, only one of them showed up today. What an absolute domination of Buffalo by Cincy. Wow. And now we have a rematch! AFC Championship: Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs! Can Patrick finally break the Bengals streak against him? Can the Bengals repeat as AFC Champions?
the real rematch will be next year at Buffalo for Cincy, although I guess we'll have to wait to see the schedules for next season which won't be officially done until midway through the offseason. I don't care, I'd be happy to get Aaron Rodgers or Josh Allen on my Giants team. We've got Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton, both are nasty when healthy (if healthy), and we have Sterling Shepard, and when he's healthy he is deadly also. Obviously Saquan is the heartbeat of the offense rn and that needs to change with Kenny Golladay stepping up and staying healthy. It would be nice if we went out and got a receiver in the draft this year like 3rd or 2nd round.
as a steelers fan i love seeing the bengals in the playoffs grew up watching the steelers, ravens, and bengals in the playoffs (even though if it my steelers might not be in the playoffs now)

I'm a Bills fan first, but it's clear that the Bengals really came out to play tonight. Having grown up in Ohio, I am excited to see them finally succeed. Kansas City is going to be a tough game, but if they continue to play like this, I'm confident they will triumph. The Bills though...man, Knox seemed to be about the only one on the field who had that fierce attitude they needed. You can't hang your head and throw tantrums when you get beat or mess up and expect to turn things around. I feel like Buffalo shut themselves down mentally this game in a big way.
They appeared "out of sync" from the beginning. It took the defense 3 drives to force a FG, and that's after we had a preview of the Bengals just weeks ago. The OC calling the same (the exact same) offense that got us in trouble with the Dolphins last week. This team has been underachieving since the middle of the season. The Bills have Josh Allen and Von Miller coming back and maybe the most talent in the league after that. It's time to put out the shingle for a new OC/DC combo. That said, Congratulations to the Bengals on a great game plan and execution. We will be rooting for you all the way now. How sweet will it be for us all to watch you take down the Chiefs and then the 49ers on your way to the Lombardi Trophy.

That weak side tackle for Cincinnati #79 is rock solid. He didn't let his man get anywhere near Burrow. He also clears a prerty good path on run plays. I saw him block 2 guys at once on several plays tonight. That guy is a beast.

3 starters on the O-line, Cappa and Collins were big losses, but LT Jonah Williams was leading the league in sacks allowed, so playing without him is a positive for Joe Burrow.

Not only Chase was great, Hayden Hurst & Joe Mixon were both great. The chemistry between offensive players paralysed Bills defense. From the first minutes of the game, they couldn’t do anything against Bengals offensive team. They were awesome. Well Done.

That was my biggest concern but the backups really made an impact throughout the game.
How did you guys manage to turn your offensive line around so fast? A year or two ago Burrow was getting killed with sacks. Asking as a Bears fan because I see the same thing happening with Fields. Bears offensive line is pretty bad. I'm afraid Fields is going to get killed with the trash that we have in offensive linemen. I guess it's worse for Fields since he doesn't really have anyone to pass to because our receivers are mostly below average and mediocre. Where as Burrow has plenty of good weapons to throw to.

Amazing as always for Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Boyd, and Hurst.
Stellar jobs for Mixon and Perine.
Also a stellar job for the mostly 2nd string O-Line. I was pleasantly surprised how well they played.
Then there's all the play-makers on defense:
DJ Reader, BJ Hill, and Hendrickson doing what they do best.
Mike Hilton absolutely killing it today with his pre-snap trickery.
Apple, Bates, Pratt, Hubbard, and Wilson did solid today.
Dax Hill did a real good job and showed he's strong enough to be a starter.
Cam Taylor-Britt was an absolute beast today. He was a factor in something like 70-80% of the defensive plays and that epic interception catch was a thrill to see. He's going to go far with this team.
Outstanding job, Bengals, that was a complete game from start to finish.

I think the Bills have been playing on emotion the last few weeks and it finally caught up with them. I watched the last two Bills games and they've relied far too heavily on Josh Allen's legs. He spread it around pretty good in this game, but Cincy was and is a more complete team and it showed. Their ability to run the ball consistently was on display as well. Gonna be a good one vs KC.
Bills had an excellent running game this season-amongst the top in many metrics. They were also a better defense than Cincy for the vast majority of the season. On paper that are probably the most complete team in the NFL. They were clearly just outplayed by a hungrier team.

Bengals vs Bills in the regular season was definitely the most anticipated game of the year. So we finally got that game in the form of this divisional round. Two AFC Juggernauts, Two AFC Powerhouses, Two title contenders, Two Super Bowl favorites…unfortunately, only one of them showed up today. What an absolute domination of Buffalo by Cincy. Wow. And now we have a rematch! AFC Championship: Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs! Can Patrick finally break the Bengals streak against him? Can the Bengals repeat as AFC Champions?

the real rematch will be next year at Buffalo for Cincy, although I guess we'll have to wait to see the schedules for next season which won't be officially done until midway through the offseason. I don't care, I'd be happy to get Aaron Rodgers or Josh Allen on my Giants team. We've got Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton, both are nasty when healthy (if healthy), and we have Sterling Shepard, and when he's healthy he is deadly also. Obviously Saquan is the heartbeat of the offense rn and that needs to change with Kenny Golladay stepping up and staying healthy. It would be nice if we went out and got a receiver in the draft this year like 3rd or 2nd round.
Bills has yet to prove that they are a Title contender. If they continue this playoffs losing streak, they will be the Dallas Cowboys of AFC.

Another Steelers fan here. We made a nice comeback in the second half. I think all those young players need was the time to get chemistry. For the style of football we play, if we just add a power back like Jerome Bettis we could go really far. Enjoy the playoffs.

I'm a Bills fan first, but it's clear that the Bengals really came out to play tonight. Having grown up in Ohio, I am excited to see them finally succeed. Kansas City is going to be a tough game, but if they continue to play like this, I'm confident they will triumph.
The Bills though...man, Knox seemed to be about the only one on the field who had that fierce attitude they needed. You can't hang your head and throw tantrums when you get beat or mess up and expect to turn things around. I feel like Buffalo shut themselves down mentally this game in a big way.
They appeared "out of sync" from the beginning. It took the defense 3 drives to force a FG, and that's after we had a preview of the Bengals just weeks ago. The OC calling the same (the exact same) offense that got us in trouble with the Dolphins last week. This team has been underachieving since the middle of the season.
The Bills have Josh Allen and Von Miller coming back and maybe the most talent in the league after that. It's time to put out the shingle for a new OC/DC combo.
That said, Congratulations to the Bengals on a great game plan and execution. We will be rooting for you all the way now. How sweet will it be for us all to watch you take down the Chiefs and then the 49ers on your way to the Lombardi Trophy.

That weak side tackle for Cincinnati #79 is rock solid. He didn't let his man get anywhere near Burrow. He also clears a prerty good path on run plays. I saw him block 2 guys at once on several plays tonight. That guy is a beast.

Honestly, the Cincinnati Bengals came out and from the start, completely kicked the Bills teeth in. After those back to back TD drives, it seemed like Buffalo lost a lot of confidence as their defense couldn't get a single stop. The Bengals had 30 FIRST DOWNS. That doesn't seem normal for a playoff game, let alone by a road team. Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Joe MIxon. The Cincinnati defense. All of those boys are legit. Would be absolutely no surprise to me if the went into Kansas City and took out the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game in back-to-back years.
No surprise at all, because the Bengals are a team, just like the Niners, rather than reliant on outstanding QB plays.
