I tried to download the system used, you know the After effects. Gmail, typing, checking, reload, repeat; Every fucking time and yet here I am. How the hell did you get it!? What makes this stand out from the other Forget memes is that the headbob is actually animated frame per frame rather than a simple tween. This really stands out and has such rewatchablity because of the smoothness.Like damn.

As HappyKoala said, I use Photoshop CS6 Extended. However, due to it being unreasonably expensive, Photoshop CC has all the same features under a much more affordable monthly subscription.
