Storyline: Project Africa takes an old Earth song, one that the advanced Humans dug up and learned, and sends a signal of advanced Humans singing the song down to Earth to try and find survivors through a strong signal that their older technology might be able to pick up on. A strange guitar playing life-form helps carry the signal along when it isn’t being picked up, and suddenly humans on earth in vintage clothing can find the signal, seeing advanced humans in spaceships singing a song they’ve heard for a century. They livestream themselves singing along, a tradition on Earth. Through this, the advanced humans are able to track down the survivors of the planetary degrade, and hopefully figure out not only how they have survived, but also how to save their ancestor’s home.
This is a particularly underrated comment.

You should find an editor to assist in elaborating this into a book or short story. Many cross-over genres: Sci-fi , tech, anthropology, evolution, horror, etc. It's really creative and imaginative. Run with it!!
