on my iPhone is was laggy as heck and lost connection every 5 minutes or so, totally frustrating. Don't bother for "professional" work.

I tried Monitor + on my iPhone and FX3 and A7IV and got lost connections every 5 minutes or so, I tried everything and watch so many reviews saying it was great but for me it would NEVER work.. So I gave up and got a real wireless transmitter and have never looked back. Seems like a great product if it works for you, but for me it was horrible, so bad I could never get it to keep a connection.

By the way, for my Panasonic GH5M2 I use another similar app for ios called FieldMonitor, it works great and they have great support.

does the clamp for ipad exert pressure and break it over time??
Can I use my Panasonic GH5 and connect my iPad mini 6 to film through my GH5 in Zoom and use an external lav mic as well?
Wouldn't any ipad mini work for these things, or is there something special about the mini 6 that trumps using existing ipads that we already own? Thank you!
