At around 6:25 Who was the IDIOT that set the Concrete Ballaters like that If a car hits it will be very bad day ! Try setting them TO DEFLECT A IMPACT !! WHOS THE TOOL THAT THOUGHT THAT SHIT WAS OK ??? You need to talk to the SAFETY TEAM and point that shit out!!!

It looks to be protection for someone to stand there. I agree that it is arranged poorly for what looks to be a bit of a faster curve. Hopefully it’s just a temporary barrier for practice.
