I live in the U.K. I have to admit those tiny gaitors u see on Dav's Expo videos are darn cute but really? keeping them as a pet for almost all of us is rediculous. when you think that the one in the Foyer of the Tinley expo centre is huge. I do feel sorry for it having to have it's mouth taped up for two days just so kids can have there photo taken with it. O,K, rant over. Awesome video.
Thank you for showing the end part with the duct tape. Bottom line you should never have anything you fear. Wildlife even domestic has wild tendencies. Knowing that and letting them show their true personalities because they are just like people. They are all different. If you can read their body language and are willing to put out the money for proper care ,space ,food and enrichment. Otherwise help out at a rehab/ sanctuary or get a dog or cat. Great job on the video.
Katelyn ! This was a great one! I've thought about getting a caiman lizard myself, but right now i'm having too much fun with my Sceloporus. I have four different species of Sceloporus currently, they are one of my favorite species of lizard. Have you seen any there in AZ?

There doesn't seem to be much first hand info out there about their natural behaviors, diet, reproduction, etc. It would be really sweet if you could get Dãv to go see these guys in their natural habitat in South America and then incorporate the experiences you've had with them in keeping them in captivity. Either way, I'm really looking forward to a video about these incredible reptiles. Rattle On! 🤘
