Bro can you please introduce in your videos both alternatives of workout like...for example - Squat can be made an intermediate exercise,the easier alternative will be half squat and and the harder alternative will be squat jump. Push up be the intermediate, knee push up be the easy one and power push up or push up jack be harder Same thing done with weights is good too. Btw following you for 4 years, not been disappointed❤💪🏻

I just want to make sure everyone understands something. This is a cardio workout to the T, you are not building muscle nor will you increase much strength from this. Great little quick burner, but if you want to actually increase muscle mass and strength don't forget weight training and food
