      Unfortunately, this won't work for me. Age 50, both my parents (one dead at 62), have heart and vascular disease.
      Up until around 40, I never really noticed. But now, when I work out intensively, I feel slight chest pain.. Which lasts for about 3 hours.
      To me, that sounds like stabil angina pactoris..
      So I grabbed a rucksack, filled it up with sand, about 20 lbs, and hike with it.
      Looking for other ways to stay in shape.

    I guess a lot of people don't even know how hard this workout is. It looks absolutely simple, but when you do just a few reps of these exercises, you realize how awesome this is. A lot of people think of weights, but our bodies are heavy enough as it is, you just need to do a few more reps. I think people always want it to be more complicated, but it's often easy. Thank you brother.

      @@SimonTrageser Hallo Simon, danke, alles gut bei mir. Bei dir auch, wie man an den regelmäßigen Videos erkennen kann. Die Zwischenübungen machen hier den kleinen aber großen Unterschied, squats, rocking chair, knee raise und jumping jacks, zum Teil vor und nach den Burpees. Sehr geringe Stückzahlen, auf Dauer sehr kräftezehrend :-)

      All i got from gym is knee problems and muscles only for looks. Started doing this workouts and burpees and now I can see how weak i am even tho I was lifting decent weights

    Hey man i love your channel! One thing I noticed is that you never jump when doing a burpee. Is there a specific reason for that? I have become pretty good with my sox count burpees thanks to your inspiration and can do a hundred in 7 minutes now. But when I incorporate jumping into it i can do significanttly less. So i thought about doing the jumping from now on but since you dont fo it i wanted to ask if you have a reason to not jump. sorry for my english i am from germany.

    This workout is as close to perfection as it comes, balancing a reasonable sub-hour time requirement, with a solid cardio, core, legs, and upper body refresher. This will be one of my favorite sub-hour routines I feel! Great sweat, feeling strong. Off to my 3.2 mi run w/ the 25 lb V-Force vest Wolf inspired me to purchase!

      I don’t lift weights. I got them from doing high rep bodyweight squats and lunges, especially with a weight vest

    Took me 55 mins, too long. How can I cut that 🕙 💪

      King Loui, just do it again and try your hardest to better you previous time. Just keep repeating that cycle and before you know it, you’ll have shaved 10-15 minutes off you original time of 55 minutes. Salute to you and the Wolfpack 🐺💯 from 🇨🇦!

    Perfect workout during this heat wasn't too much. I'm trying to hit short but effective workouts. Did 100 5 pumps yesterday with 2 squats, 1 pull, 1 chin up between each set.

    burpees finally started to do my lower back in, so i modified my burpee workout. now a do a pyramid type of burpee workout where i do 50 pushups followed by 50 squats, and work my way down until i get to zero. it works great for me.

    On monday I did 500 3 pumps and did other high volume burpee routines during the week.Yesterday (friday) I did advanced shotcaller routine from your channel.Gotta try that foundation routine and this one too.
