The steamed Tapioca cake is soft and very delicious. Easy to make, It's so beautiful with smooth top without wrinkle and concavity.
Ingredients
Upper Layer;
350ml coconut milk
(250ml coconut milk+ 100 ml water)
60g rice flour
40g tapioca starch
1/2 tsp salt
a knot of pandan leaf
Bottom Layer;
500g grated tapioca
170ml coconut milk
150g palm sugar (gula Melaka)
25g tapioca starch
1/2 tsp salt
pan size: 6x6 inch
食材料：
上面层;
350毫升椰奶
60克粘米粉
40克木薯淀粉
1/2茶匙盐
底层;
500 克磨碎的木薯
170毫升椰奶
150克椰糖
25克木薯淀粉
1/2茶匙盐
蒸盘尺寸：6x6 英寸

可以的，但是搅前要切成小方块, 如需要可以加少许的水易搅拌。谢谢
