This joker is honestly the closest thing to the comic version (besides the tattoos and jewelry)

This was actually a line/reshoot made at the last second as apart of destroying the movie plot lines made by WB. In the original Ayer Cut, when Harley gets on the plane joker says “this shit I see” And Harley says “puddin?” (Yes in a confused expression) And joker says “We need to have a talk” And then an argument happens in the plane that then gets Harley pushed off the plane. Honestly yeah that line was confusing, not cringe but random and definitely was not part of the story or dialogue in anyway. Also the dialogue I included here is a real clip from the cut it’s pretty short but I mentioned what was said there. So I have proof. I actually like this Joker, because he's seen to be the least abusive to Harley, and he actually cares for her. It is supposed to be uncomfortable to watch, and if it was done correctly can actually spread more awareness about abusive relationships and and how dysfunctional they can be. If there was some type of normality in their dynamic at some point to the show the contrast then that would been fine- but there was nothing in the films adaptation showing him at all for how he was which is very disappointing and was purely done to keep the age rating down

This was actually a line/reshoot made at the last second as apart of destroying the movie plot lines made by WB.
In the original Ayer Cut, when Harley gets on the plane joker says “this shit I see”
And Harley says “puddin?” (Yes in a confused expression)
And joker says “We need to have a talk”
And then an argument happens in the plane that then gets Harley pushed off the plane.
Honestly yeah that line was confusing, not cringe but random and definitely was not part of the story or dialogue in anyway.
Also the dialogue I included here is a real clip from the cut it’s pretty short but I mentioned what was said there. So I have proof. I’m pretty sure you can also find it somewhere, look it up online or on RUclips

Besides what sucked was the soilder saykng her nanite is disarmed instead of killing her with the big gun in his hands as she passes by...they obvio. didn't want to kill her so they should have placed Waller and Flag in such place that shooting was not posiible so the scene could have been taken a lot more seriously

@@katie91688 yea their relationship was abusive and this movie does not do a good job of portraying that, but at the same time why would you want to see harley get constantly abused by him? yes in all the other shows, movies and comics that’s how their relationship is, but at the same time in abusive relationships, they tend to go through periods of time “normally” like it doesn’t get abusive and that could be what the movie is trying to project. Nobody should want to see a person get mentally and physically abused the whole movie and it’s just a little refreshing to see harley and joker actually happy for once.
@@kayr805 It’s not so much I specifically ‘want’ to see Harley being abused- it’s the fact it isn’t accurate in any way shape or form, and for people who don’t know much about their relationship they will think it is something to romanticise and glorify which is damaging. It is supposed to be uncomfortable to watch, and if it was done correctly can actually spread more awareness about abusive relationships and and how dysfunctional they can be. If there was some type of normality in their dynamic at some point to the show the contrast then that would been fine- but there was nothing in the films adaptation showing him at all for how he was which is very disappointing and was purely done to keep the age rating down
