Thanks for this as mine had cold spots and needed bleeding and topping up , ps have you a video on how to fill up and use an on board water tank for an elddis crusader? Once full does it refill automatically from aqua roll?
Hi Mark, I have the swift elegance 480 with the 3010 control panel which doesn't allow me to turn the hot water off stays on half way does this mean I cannot turn the heating on without water in the tank a little confused as on the alde website says can use heating without water 🤔
Back to a dealer to bleed a CH system... That's not great. Surely the valve on something like that Swift must be accessible if a confident diy'er? Changed all rads in my house, drained down, flushed, refilled, bled, balanced the lot, do all my plumbing. If I get a caravan with alde heating will I have me my match?
You can bleed using the auto bleed valve, I’ve just done mine, turn the temp to 30 switch to gas only and turn the regulator on the pump all the way up, run it for 10 mins and it bleeds itself, mine is a 2018 van and has the auto bleeding valve it sits in the exit pipe in the back of the boiler little brass thing with a black pipe coming off it

Depending on year you will possibly run external to fill tank then switch to internal to run to taps. I think tjis was from about 2015 on.
Mines 2021 , sounds complicated switching from int to ext and back again 😂😂

I think you can change the settings. Maybe a call to alde as how to reset 👍

If you can do a house central heating system the alde is easy. 👍

When bleeding the radiator does the CH need to be on or switched off?
Do it when on as the pump can then push the water around and any air will then be removed. 👍
