I'm glad Greg explained what code switching is not. There is nothing wrong with speaking in a professional manner. It depends on where you are in the marketplace. Some people have the ability to be more relaxed in their job setting. Other jobs require you to be more professional in dress and conversation. That's not code switching that meeting a job requirement. I hate when we as Black people say that another black person is talking white just because the person speaks proper vs. slang. There is no such thing as talking white..

Enjoyed Chance as a guest again. He is a real grown man.
