i just found a new trick. i spray my fave with mac fix+ or urban decay's setting spray and while face is still wet a little use warm soul on cheeks and it makes it pop. im soo happy i found this out. i also use the Elf's small stipple brush. try it out!!

TIP: the false lashes you are wearing don't suit your eyeshape in a sense where they are blocking all of your work , I recommend lashes that are fairly dramatic if this what you prefer, however look for ones with less of a costume like appearance and a large curl so your eye shadow is seen. :)
