    Few tips:
    1) Sop's are the baseline. With electrical now your limitations with what you are comfortable inspecting.
    2) When using tools understand what they do and how they matter. Like a Voltage meter.
    3) Take every course on electrical that InterNACHI offers

    All of this is also according to state requirements y’all don’t mention that in Any of your videos. Texas says NO double lugs on ground And no double tapping breakers which I see you didn’t mention. And ground conductors Can be above grade here.

      Right. Local rules and standards overrule all national or general ones.
