  • Ever wondered how home inspectors make sure a house's foundation is strong and safe? In this video, we'll show you how they use a nifty tool called a Zip Level to get the job done! 🏠🔍👷‍♀️
Join our expert home inspector as they walk you through the process of using a Zip Level to measure the elevation differences around a house's foundation. You'll see how this simple yet powerful tool can detect if there are any significant issues or uneven spots that might cause problems in the future. 🌟📏
We'll also explain what a home inspector looks for while using the Zip Level and how they decide if a structural engineer should be called in to further examine the foundation. Sometimes, it's essential to have a professional step in and make sure everything's A-OK! 👩‍🔧🔧

This is a terrific channel, so glad to find it! I subscribed! I'm in California, how does one find a house inspector and approx what would be the cost range for an inspection with no particular visible sign of a problem for a two story house?

So if there's 2 inch drop, you wouldn't recommend a structural engineer? How about a foundation contractor ??
