It's easy to maintain the alcantara, clean with Sonax every month or two and it will stay new looking.
The “Sonax Alcantara cleaner” is my cheat code for this. The absolute best to keep it looking like new.
@@bizarroadolfo Yeah Sonax is some good shit!
@@roadracing3 I agree. It’s easy to clean and gloves will just wear the alcantara faster
Ive been a dodge owner ,and since 2021 Dodge has been pissing me off more and more ,As of 4 days ago i discovered the 1LE While looking at other options ,and ive made up my mind that A SS 1LE will be what im ordering For me it will be shadow grey with the m6 transmission, I still havent made up my mind tho if i will get the 1SS Or 2SS ,I see advantages and disadvantages in both ,Ive. Built both on the website the 1LE 1SS im at just under $48 and the 2SS i was just shy of $54 the way i built
When he was looking for somewhere to put the keys I automatically said pockets...... Then I remembered 😂
Enjoyed the video. Btw, anybody ever mention that you resemble and sound like a younger Jack Black
All the time haha
Austin, have you seen an LE having a high zl1 wing without removing the blade spoiler? will it affect the performance of the spoiler? Will it look stupid?
nice concise in depth review thanks
Damn, you didn't take it on some curvy roads, that is what the SS 1LE is all about. Best bang for the buck is getting a 1SS 1LE. Get the Performance Data Recorder (PDR) if you plan on tracking it.
Which explains the misinformation about the OEM Good Years that come on the car. Straight is great!
@@FL50ssp What do you mean?
I personally think the Camaro SS 1ss Is the better ss
Oh you can get a sunroof on the 2ss 1le ?
What ever happened to burgany and or maron this means really deep red,

Worth every single aspect of the wait haha

I like the color.
Does this have a "quiet mode" so the neighbors don't get 😡🤬?
Yes. The exhaust has a “stealth mode”
@@adamhancock8228 nice, thank you!
At startup, it opens the baffles and then after a few seconds, it will default to whichever mode you selected. So if you are heading out early AM it is loud at first and might wake your family and or neighboors.
@@FL50ssp just curious why GM would have it open the baffles up at startup for times you want it to be quiet?
Pre-ordered my 2022 ss 1le exactly like this. Hopefully it arrive late nov or dec
Man I’ve been on the fence between this or the Cadillac ct4-v blackwing lol
Why would a 1LE be anything but a stripper model with top engine and suspension? all those options slow you down.
Adds weight
1LE should be only available on the LT1.
Not that it matters that much but no wireless phone charger?
Something I don't understand, the car you were showing off in the beginning was a manual, the one you were test driving was an auto. When you shift, your right hand never leaves the steering wheel. Why change cars?
Never switched cars. Haha was always an automatic
@@IAmTheKiaKing Didn't realize the automatic and manual shift knobs were so close in appearance. I see that now. I skipped over a little bit in the middle because I wanted to watch the test drive. Should have just watched the whole thing. Thanks for posting this video. I actually just ordered this same color/trim in a 2022 but with manual. Color looks amazing.
@@SalientDebate no worries!
@@IAmTheKiaKing OK so this is the third time you have named your RUclips channel something else I think it’s time for you to put those nut hugging Jorts back on and show that dump truck off for views. Personally that’s not something that interests me but I am a RUclips influencer and I know what sells use what you’ve got while you can.
The Ford Mustang drivers just stop in their tracks and go nuts when a Camaro SS 1LE shows up. Their limited brains are thinking "I could of had a V-8".
You do realize the Mustang has a v8 on offer, right?
Strange that this 1LE was not manual
They started giving the auto option this year
Needs the manual only
what color is that? is it the cherry wine?
Wild Cherry Tintcoat
All gen6 Camaros have the tire inflator and not a spare. Don't think a spare would fit through that little trunk hole.
the only thing i dnt like bout the 1le is the spoiler 🤦🏽♂️ i jus think it look like a charger spoiler im koo on it lol
Someday I will have me a Camaro SS or zl1 1le beautiful Chevy Camaro here
You’ve got this👏🏼💪🏼
The 1ss 1LE is what I got. I don’t need the sunroof or fancy lights ect. and I got an excellent deal. They cost around the same or even slightly less than your typical half ton pickup. I don’t see the point in paying 25k(Canadian) more for the ZL1 when you can put your own supercharger on it, make more power and cost much less. Other than loosing your warranty
@@adamhancock8228 congratulations
@@adamhancock8228 you could do that but your lt1 gonna get anywhere near the reliability of a zl1. The LT1 internals could barely handle any boost. Lt4 comes with a forged bottom end, 10 speed, forged internals, low compression, better brakes, different wing, front end, wheels. For the zl1 your paying for the reliability of it. You also are gonna need to a add a cam and upgrade fuel lines on the lt1s.
@@Zoneeee13 that’s true. But all that can be done for less money lol. And you can make ZL1 power reliably on a LT1
Great Review
Those tires are phenomenal for the track, but suck in the rain.
Have you had your alignment checked? I have a 2019 SS 1LE and have driven in several heavy downpours (not by choice) and haven't experienced any issues in the rain. That said when I picked up my car I had the dealer check and then re-align the car since it was outside of Chevy's recommended settings. Went with the Chevy track alignment and had zero issues dry or wet.
7:44 crank that volume wayyy tf down
Also… ain’t no stock 5.0 pulling something like that.
Nice review. But, is it 1992 with the jean shorts? Just messin' with ya.

Awesome video! Can you do a ZL1?
Check out my other vids! I did a ZL1!
Chevy out last and out class all others bow tie for ever.
Love that color
2SS badging is red. 1SS is silver (sometimes black). Unless they changed it, that's how it showed the SS "level" 1 or 2. I believe RS they had red too.
1LE SS badge is black
In 2019 the badging changed to silver/black on the 1LE models. Don’t think it differs for 1SS or 2SS. The non 1LE models continue with red badging.
Excellent car it's the way to go for the money. Great video, nice shorts to bro hah
Hahaha thanks
@@IAmTheKiaKing Can I have those lucky shorts?😍😍.. They fit you perfectly in all the right places...
It appears the SS 1LE track pack is different than the ZL! 1LE. I suspect the SS 1LE, without the DSSV dampers, is more street-able than the ZL1 1LE track pack. The problem seems to be the SS 1LE option is for black interior only. Way to screw up the order GM!!
I have the 21 SS 1LE with a 6 speed. Even more enjoyable to drive....
The best option.
does it have remote start
It does! I don’t think the manual version has it, though.
@@IAmTheKiaKing whenever I go to the chevy website to build my 2ss I put the 1le option but then it says it takes off the remote start so I was a little confused
I’d every car under 60k is the best bang for your buck, then no car is the best bang for your buck
Does it ride smooth or bumpy?
Very smooth, but the adjustable suspension can turn it really stiff and bumpy really quick
@@IAmTheKiaKing is there alternative suspension to feel no bumps n stiff?

Either way enjoy!!!.
$55K is too much for a Camaro SS 1Le because you could purchase a slightly used 2018-2019 ZL1, 2019 Mustang GT 350, and New Mach 1. All three cars are better, faster, more powerful, and more prestigious.
GM discounts these a lot.
I disagree with the Mach being better and you won’t ever actually pay 55k. I got my 1SS 1LE for $37,900. It’s all about how you play your cards and car climate.
