Finally! A good RV out there that's been well-maintained! Pre-COVID unit, which seems to be in much better quality than the new RVs out there. Thanks, you two!
C4b0 -. Nice rig. A little fg work on the slide out bottom and new roller / adjustment - and the slide out topper cover is dometic and comes off with two screws on top. It’s mounted to slide with 5 #8 screws and butyl behind it. Just replace screws one by one with 1” #10 non self tapping stainless screws and hand tighten, easy peasy. Nice rig! Nice video - love seeing cooperating sellers and kudos on their availability and support for your inspection.

Was it going back to Red Bay for the Slide Damage? Nice Rig!
Do you inspect the plumbing, diligently? I have a 1 yr old " 2022" ( made in Elkhart IN ) 6 PEX Fitting have blown, just cracked off ( only 3 floods). All were improperly installed,one way or another ( hose cut on angle, clamp not on far enough, hose to hose - too long and cracking at 90, kinked hose , loose leaking fittings ) 2 needed major cabinet modification just to access. The fittings used are just garbage, ( compared to normal plumbing supply poly, there is a huge diff, to brass -no comparison) i have replaced every fitting I can access, with brass now) dealer said it must have froze, they winterized it, then they claimed I must have not used a presher regulator and blew apart the pipes, also not true. So, check your plumbing Carfuly. Also, a lot of Pex Is only rated to 100 or 120 psi, I have always used a 100 psi regulator and never had an issue in 41 yrs, with this rig, I put in a 90 psi, just in case.
