folks can talk about the watchmen or moore's swamp thing or somesuch, but between ff 40-80 particularly 45-65 it doesnt get much better than that to me....congrats
Always nice to see that Wolverine 1 on the lists. That was THE spec book when I was collecting as a teen. Miller was kind of taking over Byrne as the hottest artist and anything New X-Men was a "key" as any #1. I bought multiples of that but my brothers friend bought 50 of them. Years later he told me that he had them stored somewhere and a lot of them got water damaged! Probably had them in the garage for decades or something with too much moisture even though they were bagged.
I'm so happy I got Invincible #1 back in July 2020. It was a total birthday gift for myself. And I think that purchase made the Hot10 back then at $1500! And now it's back again at $4200?! Feels good :D Keep up the awesome videos, GemMint and ComicTom!

The rest of the comic market is in draught which I'm here for in purchases. Just got hulk 102, speedracer #1, spider woman and A variant hulk worth 150 all higher graded except for hulk 102 at a 5...all for like 140 bucks.
I'm reading Beneath The Trees Where Nobody Sees. Also rereading Invincible, something to think about, with only 10800 1st print Invincibles, ever printed, it's probably the rarest book on today's list.
4200$ for invincible? No way man. That money would get a good stack of nice bronze and silver age.
Options are a rare limited print invincible or a very common, BUT it's hard to find in high-grade Silver/Bronze age stuff!

Reading Marc Spector Moon Knight with my boy, we are on issue 26 atm, my run goes to 34 with some randoms in the higher numbers. Worried about all the higher keys as some are $. He wants to read Fantastic Four next, so I've been hitting the lcs's as well as grabbing some books on ebay. Also filling holes in my Avengers, Defenders and Incredible Hulk. I've been reading some Morbius living Vampire (90's, I had found #2-8 in the dollar bin and decided to get in to it.)
UK Mighty World Of Marvel 129 has the original hulk face by Steranko (but was recoloured background and used for a different story v The Inheritor)
It always makes me happy to see comics I have on your show. I have a 1.8 EGS Avengers 1 and a 2.0 CGC Tales of Suspense 39.

Illusion is the ultimate weapon
A CGC 9.8 Daredevil #1 for $360k, IMO, sounds low. During the Boom it would have brought $500k-600k. 🤔
Only spiderman deadpool wolverine & deadpool, and hulk 1st appearances are top tier future investments, not to say that Iconic comics like DD1 won't be worth money because they will, but times/fashion/trends/media is moving very fast, teenagers are already grown out of Marvel Movies they're only interest is social medias and being adults as fast as they can, kids nowadays don't have interest in Collecting only in sneakers, and maybe vintage clothes.
Comic books/antiques/general collectables aren't unfortunately for future generations they simply only care about conceited instant gratification.
Kevin Feige screaming the F word only indicates to me he is desperately needing this movie to be huge or he will lose his job.

Feral 1 was great. Ghost Machine are very good #1's we'll see where it goes. Energon Universe is great. What If Aliens is interesting even if a bit predictable but you never know if a curveball is coming.
Key collector is a joke, it’s top 10 are all books that will always be coveted. Not exactly ground breaking info. Oh and I love how one of the bullet points for why it’s hot is because it’s been on their top 10 six times. Worthless app honestly.
