Love it when you show us the viewer the prices, Most comic con videos flip by the comics to fast you can't see the prices. You guys make us feel like were right there seeing threw your eyes.

I gave up on buying at Cons and local shops. They always want the moon for their books then you see the same book on eBay, Mercari, or WhatNot for a faction of the cost.

Creatures On The Loose with the first King Kull is hard to find in the wild and features beautiful Wrightson art; in fact, the whole series is interesting, especially the Man-Wolf stories with Perez art.
I think I recognized a dealer from Montreal. The one who had New Mutants for $100. If that's him, he's known to gouge his prices. Best that you walked away.
These prices are super inflated , probably because its at a big show . I go to smaller shows and expos 3 to 4 times a month in NY and Longisland as well as NJ and you get much much better prices
pedigree is an OO collection subbmitted for grading, by OO i mean all books bought off the shelf by the original owner and zero books bought on the secondary market........she had no clue what she was talking about with it. i've watched plenty of these and never seen you haggle on price, if a books a 100 offer 80 (or apox 20%) if the dealer doesn't give a lower price. you can save so much money that way & put it towards other books

That is comic con my cousins went to comic con with no celebrities only comics no cosplayers they where boated they wanted leave moment they walk through door but comic con like this celebrities and cosplayers car replicas from movies tv shows is place they wanted to go to it’s comic cons like this that keep them going evolve and change with times to bring new peopel sell more tickets that are not comic book readers and comic collectors they keep coming back every year will not die out
I liked the video amazing books! But I never could be a seller I felt you were a little rough on some of the books when you pulled them out of the box it looked like you were possibly bending a few .
The booth with the new mutants 1 does every big show in Cali too. They SUCK. Not sure how they make money but I guess they do because they always have the prime spaces with biggest booths.. rich suckers born every con
The college chick wasn't 100% correct. To submit a pedigree it doesn't "have" to be at least 1,000 books. It's simply that most pedigree collections range from 1,000 to 10,000 books. Several pedigree's have below 1,000 issues, but those are special circumstances. Like the type of books will be rarer, higher grade, more special basically to qualify.
As long as i live, i never cared one bit about 'celebrities' at conventions, the onlything i was going to conventions for were the books. I would love to see, conventions getting back to their roots, with only comicbook vendors, and related merch, like figures and such.. Would be great to ditch the hollywood aspect and the cosplay BS. Really miss the comicbooks at comicbook conventions since movie actors took over, so the plebs have a place to go hangout that weekend.
All3 of us (Angelo, Sara, and myself) said "OOOOooooo!" at the exact same time when Angelo was flipping through GL and Tom threw down the Neal Adams GL&GA (GL76)!!!! thanks4 always sharing ur experiences! U guys rock! 🪨 🎸 😎 🎶 ✌️
Cgc has ruined the comic hobby, you can't even read the books.. This is all speculation.. Investors trying to make money and they don't care about the stories or characters 🙄🙄

Ebay is the Grail. Mercari I didn't know about. I like my local shop for Chromiums and Signed with CoA. Ebay for sets or runs.
I saw a copy of an Extreme Venomverse comic that they wanted 30 for at SDCC. I thought that was insane since I paid 15 for the 1-5.
Its true. I want to support the local guy and his shop but his prices feel like he’s pulling them outta the clouds.
I shop on eBay because I can find any book I need for my collection

$100 is super expensive for a New Mutants 1, even in super high grade. Should be a $50 book at best, and that might even be high.

You Guys have great videos but your audio is terrible All the background noise and music gives me headache
I think it's fine. It's a lot more work to be holding around a microphone or boom mike to the people all around as the event gets more crowded.
