he's the first person that i have seen play this, who hasn't made a blond man with terrible hair. this guy has at least combed hair.. thank you ...for being unique.
Tips for people. 1.) Look for washer machines they have most cloth, also destroy things with a axe gives cloth. 2.) Get the research bench and research the crossbow 3.) Skip the bow focus on getting Marlins if you sit were they swim and poke them you'll get food and you could make fins. 4.) Skip the fishing rod it's worthless and is more of a reaction speed mini game. 5.) Skip the paddle boat it's slow and uses stamina if you want to go fast. 6.) Start preparing for an attack on day 4. 7.) Go for the crossbow instead it does more damage and ammo is easier to make. 8.) All islands are dangerous. 9.) Use the crossbow to hunt sharks and marlin from top the water. 10.) Marlin are passive fish greate for food
@@jeaniebee3657 if you built a water base then definitely build a flag although there is a map so I use that to get back to the castaways island and the % tells you how much you looted of that island
I only have 1 issue with this and that’s the fact all the boats are fast roughly the same speed all you have to do is while driving look down and press P to push the boat faster then what they can drive
At the trader, you can take all the scrap loot on the trader platform without getting killed. You will find coins in buildings underwater. You’re find decorative and blueprints in buildings under the water, the coins and decorative. I think you can use at the trader the fish with the pointy spike can be killed with. A spear, they will not kill you a shark will washing machines gives you cloth anything that you can chop underwater will give you wood. There are barrels you can search there are containers you can search you need to build a bucket and fill it with seawater, then fill your water purifier to get clean water the sailboat is better than the pedal boat and build a research workbench to get better items
The game is basically Stranded Deep / Raft / a little Rust / and a little 7D2D all wrapped in one. Fun so far and the dev has been responsive fixing/adding stuff the first few days from player feedback. If they keep it up, then the game will be a gem.
Wood is at a premium in this game...build with metal and make metal barrels for storage. You will need wood making drinkable water and cooking. The standing torch will give you some light and thaw you out slowly without wood
3:27 I like both. And which ever one I use is what feels most convenient at the moment. Sometimes it’s the scroll wheel, and sometimes it’s the number keys.
As of right now if you use the paddle boat look down till you see P to push while driving spam P you can do over 300km and doesn't use stamina I'm sure this will be patched at some point but as right now still works.
Z, I'm liking this game and may get it myself. I'd suggest you keep your Strawberries planted. That way, especially when you leave the island, you'd have some fresh strawberries when you come back. I would also recommend checking out if there are advancements that you need to work towards. Is there an option to UPGRADE the Workbench? What does it take? Also look at more advanced tools. The basic Axe seems to get 4 Logs from a Tree, but maybe a more advanced Axe gets MORE or does it faster?!? The standard survival tricks probably apply. What Sunkenland most reminded me of was "Havendock" or "No Place Like Home". Cross those two with "Raft" or "Survival: Fountain of Youth" and you get pretty close... EDITED to fix game name. Sunkenland, not Waterworld...
The most valuable resources in the game are cloth and explosive components-for ammo...the most abundant resource in the game is scrap metal so start building your base as soon as possible. If building try to build as high as possible to see enemies approaching and keep them out of reach of your base.
Having now put nearly 2 hours into the game, I have some observations. First, NEVER drop your guard, even on your HOME ISLAND and patrol the island regularly (see below). I got attacked by some Zombies, shortly after I got back from my foray over to The Motel/Trader. I killed several of the Zombies before they killed me, but it took just that one death for me to figure out how to use the spear to keep the zombies from attacking me. They did NOT have any weapons, but several of them had cloth scraps that I was able to loot afterwards. Second, the Sharks are aggressive, but they're territorial. If you do not go into their territory, they will not come out of it to attack you. They can be treated similarly to the Sharks in Raft (dodge and strike), but the timing is tight. You can get Steaks and Shark Skin from looting their body. I'd suspect similarly with the Marlins, but haven't tested it out. Marlin Skin is needed for some necessary upgrades. Third, Metal Scrap is NOT a problem. It can be found all over the place under water. Cloth is NOT as big of an issue as it seemed to Z, but it is much harder to come by. Visit the underwater building and, especially, apply the Axe to Cabinets and Trunks. I had a Trunk give me 5 or 6 pieces of Cloth. Fouth, LOOT VEHICLES. You will get the Mechanical Components (not every time, but most times) and sometimes more than one. You may also get cloth or rubber. Fifth, the trader is expensive. I brought with a bunch of extra Metal Scrap, plus some pinecones and food, but couldn't even purchase a Fishing Rod. Don't bother. Once you find enough Cloth, just make a single Rope and build it yourself. Sixth, patrol your island daily, if not twice a day. Things respawn, including sticks on the ground, which qualifies as a Wood Plank. That's it for now. I'll post more as I discover more, but I've got a busy morning ahead of me, so I probably won't get another shot for several hours...
unfortunately the english language is malleable, for colloquialisms like that its less important to be right and more important that people understand you.
Yeah, makes as much sense as people saying "hot water heater" instead of just water heater. I get annoyed at stuff like that all the time, but people get pissy when you correct them.
Also not sure if it’s just my game but for testing purposes I suggest someone else who paid money for the game to test it out now what I’ve found is that when you place a foundation with a roof on top where a tree used to be it’ll respawn broken into pieces already so you just need to pick it up
There is an awesome survival game called the Infected where you have to survive while fighting of vampire zombie hybrid things. There is a lot of base building and even some automation.
False! I edit the videos! We run the video through a program that does get rid of the spaces in between z talking to help me out. I then rewatch/adjust spacing and edit as needed. If you watched z previously you will notice we do edit a lot differently than we used to. Most people are not entertained by the silences with nothing important going on and do not wish to watch it. People seem to appreciate the quick cuts now.
MrsZ! How nice you answered! I never said that you didn't edit it, I know you do this for a loooong time already, I'm a big fan of you both :) I just noticed the cuts between words and it couldn't get out of my head ;) but it's good, I also think that it's a good idea to do this. It's more entertaining to hear Mr Z all the time :D
@@ukaszpardo8758 I try to read comments occasionally to get peoples feedback about the editing. If its an editing comment or question I try to answer. I'm sorry if I came across abrasive. Or sometimes a dog barks or kid comes in and then the cut seems a little weird. Im glad you like the changes! We both appreciate the support!
Ive watched soo many people play this game over the ladt 24 hrs. They all say the same things! The mouse sensitivity is aweful, how long does it take to cut down this tree and the game looks amazing lol
"It's a crab! Can I punch you?"😂
